Prompt and courteous service
Prompt and courteous service. I phoned late afternoon on a Thursday and my Fluval 407 filter was dispatched the following day. I received the filter on Monday. The total cost of the filter including delivery was very competitive. I have used Waterworld in the past and will use them again when needed. All this whilst the country is in lock-down. Andy Wright

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. My parcel was dispatched & delivered within 48 hours. I had a damaged item which was dealt with immediately - a new one sent out & the original one picked up. I can’t fault Waterworld the customer service was outstanding & they ensured I had my replacement for my sons birthday.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
