He has been superb in making sure things are done in a timely manner, Constant updates on how the process is going and isn’t judgmental over them silly questions you need answering! With moving out of my family home, I had managed to buy a property on my own. With that comes all the fears people have shared about fraud companies and scams and so every service I used throughout the house buying process I thoroughly researched beforehand.

I was looked after by Josh Jackson, who I couldn't speak higher about. He was very personable and understanding. I needed someone to talk to me like I'm 5 because I had no idea how this all worked. He explained everything so clearly and simply to me and I felt so comfortable and confident going through this process. When I negotiated on the house price and needed a new mortgage estimate he did that for me in minutes and also noticed the interest rates had just gone down and made sure I was able to take advantage of that - which is tens of thousands of pounds savings for me.

He was also responsive and available via whatsapp and although I'm sure he was very busy, he never made me feel like a burden with all of my questions and made time for phone or video calls to talk through anything I was unsure of.

I would recommend Watt Mortgage for their mortgage advice and will do for any of my friends, family and colleagues who ask me for a recommendation.

I should have written this review a long time ago but better late than never! We were recommended Watt Mortgage but a friend. Dan and Keiran were so patient with us as we went through the process of purchasing our first home. They explained each step and were able to secure us a mortgage in some challenging circumstances.

We will definitely be using them next time round.
