In all honesty I can't see how a company can expect you to do business with them when they can't even deliver your product (miners). Stay away.

Stay away from this company. They will answer your questions and tell you what you want to hear, but once they get your money hard to get them to answer anything. They said my machines would be up and running in February but didn't start until late May. It was one thing after another with this company. Then 6 months in to mining they call me one day and tell me that if I do not buy 10 more machines they can not host my 5 machines any more. As I told them why would I buy 10 more machines when you can't handle 5. I was so pissed with them that I moved my machines to another company I was glad to be done why them. They do not deserve 1 star. They SUCK!!

All the sales guys are awesome, I have received all 50 of my M50+ units and wattum has been nothing but great.
Thank you so much I look forward in expanding once I get another warehouse.

Had a great experience at the Bitcoin Conference in Miami. Thank you for educating me on the different hash boards and how some units can be overclocked. I am currently trying out the new recommended firmware to see if I can get better results with my miners.

Ordered two miners, they sent it to the wrong address and never reshipped. It's a clear scam. Plus , the positive reviews here are all fake, you can see it from the history of the accounts posting, many of these accounts gave 5-6 corny reviews to other businesses all in the same day ! . I'm going to update / cancel this review if they reship, order invoice SD3769 . We'll see how it goes.

Bitcoin prices are low right now under $27k and that is usually when you want to scale up your mining operation. I have a setup at home with a few ASICs mining BTC but it takes quite a but of investment to scale up. I was already mining with Wattum with a few S19 XP and most recently, Wattum was able to secure 30 units of the new S19j Pro+ 120TH for me. This has allowed me to increase my investment in mining through their hosting service, which I am quite excited for going into the halving. As far as BTC payouts go, it has have always been timely and it looks like the hashing efficiency is actually better than my own setup. I think it is because their hosting fees are very competitive since they were able to secure cheap electricity rates.

It is working with group of fraudsters on Telegram, every fraudster give you feedback as it is a legit company then people get stuck after deposit amount, you start with small amount after that they will told you, your machine get unstable you have to choose higher package to run your machine other wise your deposit will be lost.

I've never heard about Wattum until Iran across their add on Instagram just as I was about to purchase several S19 110TH on eBay (I guess the ad came up based on my search history?). So, I've decided to buy 2 units through their website instead as they seemed more reputable than a random eBay seller. I must say I was glad I did because both asics were delivered in under a week, and were brand new with full 12mos warranty from Bitmain. I am planning on buying all my units through Wattum from now on, and I highly recommend them.

Wattum has been supplying my company with miners successfully for over a year now. Their sales team is knowledgeable and on the ball. Ishan is who I have been working with and I highly recommend Wattum to anyone who is trying to get into crypto mining. They have turn key options all the way down to helping you set up your own farm. Which was my case. My companies hash rate has grown 100% in 12 months thanks to their knowledge and sales team.

I have been mining with Wattum since 2021 solely via their US ans CA facilities so I cant comment on their overseas facilities (which many people seem to have issues with). Overall my uptime has been around 92% between 3 facilities in the last 18mos, which is fine with me, as from what I was able to gather is above average for this industry. I have also purchased asics 4 times from them and they’ve helped me resell some of my older equipment at a fair price. Overall I would highly recommend them!

I've been mining (hosting) with Wattum since late 2021, and have been through lots of ups and downs with them. I've also had my units stranded in KZ, and this issue took close to a year to get resolved for me, but ultimately was resolved (costings me tens of thousands in the process). Despite those setbacks they actually do care and try and ultimately did resolve every issue I've had. If it was any other industry besides crypto mining, normally I'd rate a company a 2 or a 3 considering the amount of issues I've had to deal with. Having said that I've also been hosting with 2 other companies, and compared to Wattum they were a complete nightmare, and I am currently in a legal battle with them. Based on my horrible experience with other well known crypto mining companies, Wattum deserves a firm 4 start rating, and unlike others they are constantly improving and actually do put in effort to resolve any issues (and there none left as of this review).

I was a bit skeptical buying from Wattum at first due to some negative reviews on here, but ultimately decided to give them a try as the price they've offered on the S19J Pro 104 was the lowest along with a competitive US hosting rate. I ordered 90x 104s on November 10th, and they've all arrived about a month later at their new SC site. I was allowed to personally inspect my units and tour the upcoming site, and honestly that is something that gave me a boost in reassurance, as everything checked out and my units were brand new straight from Bitmain. The site is going live first week of January, and I can't wait for these babies to start mining me some Bitcoin. I will be updating this review once the units go live, but so far its a flawless experience. Fingers crossed!

I've purchased 6 industrial Padmounted Transformers for our site through Wattum in July of 2022, and had a very good and smooth experience. We've also purchased 2 additional transofmers in September, and took delivery in less than 10 days. So far we've spent over half a million with Wattum, and its been a smooth sailing with timely deliveries and 0 issues.

I've been following these posts for a few months. In the past there were no positive comments. It appears that many of the recently added positive comments were actually written (and responded to) by Wattum.

I have ordered a considerable number of units from Wattum 15 months ago.  This is my legal case:

Breach of contract
No communication
Zero transparency
Non-performance
Incompetence
Deceptive, misleading conduct
Never provided requested shipping info

Per manufacturer of the equipment, Wattum had my equipment in their possession for aprx 2 months while Wattum claimed it was yet to arrive. (Draw your own conclusions on what my equipment was doing). This was also way past the promised delivery date and the contract termination should have already occurred. My demand for contract termination was ignored. More revenue lost.

Civil theft/fraud - the equipment was reported stolen. The equipment was observed while operating by law enforcement (but it was not making money for me).

Continuous loss of revenue.
Negligence.
Loss of opportunity.
Emotional distress due to the aforementioned.

"Wire fraud" may also be applicable in this case. The case was reported to multiple federal and local authorities.

Terrible experience. Bad communication by the company at every turn. Had 10 miners in KZ and 5 in Russia. They get shut off for a year and when they get shipped back to the US the shipping costs are more than the value of the machines….. I lost 6 figures with this company and now own no miners. I don’t necessarily think it’s a scam, but there is something shady going on. Instead of finding space for my miners offline, they sold new miners and found space for those people.

I’ve recently purchased 30 bitmain S19s from Wattum and got them delivered in about 2 weeks. I was rather skeptical at first, but everything turned out great. I am planning on buying another 20 units and have them hosted at Wattum next month, and I will be updating my review based on that experience.

I got caught up in the unfortunate KZ situation. At the end I got this situation resolved by Wattum and they send me replacement miners. Do I wish this to be resolved faster? Yes! Could the communication be better? Yes. But at the end it got resolved and therefore I am adjusting my review.

I have been a customer since mid 2021, and currently have over 120 units hosted with Wattum in total. With the exception of KZ fiasco (which ultimately has been resolved for me), my overall experience has been good, especially when compared to some other mining companies which I wont name here (of which I am a client as well). Wattum is great at selling equipment for the best prices Ive been able to find. Their hosting services have also come a long way since KZ days. Overall I'd say that they are pretty reliable by mining industry standards.
