I purchased 8 miners and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. There was a small issue with customs and Azam and his team jumped right on it to help resolve. They also sent me a great Xmas gift which was a nice touch. I will definitely go through wattum next time I need to purchase miners.

I bought my first miners from Wattum and to my surprise they were turned on 14 days earlier than promised! I am very happy with the service and communication thus far, I even had a higher up in the accounting department contact me directly to answer a billing question that I had. Would definitely recommend!!!

I started my mining business adventure with wattum and have been very pleased. Ishan and the crew have been very helpful especially since I'm such a newbie. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Azam at Wattum to get 10 S19J Pro computers up and mining. Azam and the crew have been great to deal with. I had a lot of questions as this was my first time mining, and Azam walked me through all of it. I got regular updates as the computers shipped and got hooked up. Just finished my first 24 hours of hashing!

I am in the process of getting into mining with Wattum. I had a great experience with the sales person Ishan, who an excellent job to introduce me to Whattum. I will receive the contract sometime today. So far, so good.

Received a mail from Wattum stating that the miners have arrived and are being processed.
Wattum Mining contract should be going live on the 31/01/2022.
So far everything is going well.

The miners have been active since 2/2/2022. Everything seems to be running smoothly thus far. The communication with the team at Wattum has improved greatly.

My miners have been standing idle now for a month. Wattum does not seem to have made any arrangements regarding increase of energy costs. I have invested an additionally in Miners. I have always been open about my experience with Wattum and would caution anyone thinking of mining with them until they know how they are going to deal with the energy situation. Of course the price of Bitcoin also has an affect on the current mining industry. Even though they are struggling to service existing customers, they are offering deals to mine. Eric the VP of B2B sent out a mail about new facilities, yet as I said my miners are sitting idle. Their response today after several emails and whatsapp to my contact Ishan, Izzy, Isabelle wrote back saying that they are not able to accommodate my miners at a different facility. This great "opportunity" is turning into a Nightmare.

My latest update is that all of the 20 miners are mining smoothly. The service level at Wattum has improved and we are in a much better space now especially looking at the movement of bitcoin.

After 2 months of waiting for a reply on hosting services, a representative finally called me back. I'm sure they have a good thing going, but I honestly lost track of what I even was asking. I wish them all the best but seriously, you have to respond to customer requests with a few days or no one is going to work with you.

Ordered 10 miners from wattum second half of July so first 2 should arrive mid September paid a lot of money had to do a wire transfer so was real scared because of so many scam sites ,called several times to make sure someone still answered the. Phone and yes they did well they arrived brand new no problems have 8 more coming so I would rate them a 10 sales person is

The company I own and operate owns numerous units hosted around the world --- 13 of which were purchased from and are hosted by Wattum. Units were priced fairly, they came online in a timely manner and their customer service and communication has been fantastic. This certainly won't be the only deal I setup with Wattum.

When I entered the bitcoin mining arena in April 2021, I thought the process was simple. Just purchase some Bitmain (or others) ASICS and send them to a colocation company and it’s a wrap. Little did I know that the situation in China was going to cause a vacuum for hosting space. After contacting many companies from Bitcoin 2021, Wattum was the only organization willing to negotiate hosting the ASICS I had sitting in my office with an additional MOQ purchase. I have to say in the beginning I had to have a lot of faith and trust that when wiring funds to a company I was going to receive the miners. The waiting game is the worst. Initially I spoke with sales - Mike and then Azam and then met with the team at Mining Disrupt to include Arseniy, Igor and others. I found the team to be very humble and authentic. In full transparency the process from contracting to hashing wasn’t without delays or small hiccups however the team has always been responsive. Now that all the miners are live, the team has been incredible when miners have gone down thanks to Azam, Kate, and Nick. I currently have ASICs in New York and Kazakhstan. Being new to the space, I appreciate the friendship I have developed with Azam as he has gone above and beyond the sales relationship to provide me with an education and advice. Additionally, I appreciate Kate & Nick’s attention to all of my questions and concerns. The team has done a great job.

Overall a very positive experience working with Wattum. With how competitive mining is right now, I was able to find both 2 and 5 week lead times for complete setup of my miners. Azum was really helpful and insightful the whole way.

I had a lot of ancillary questions and was constantly looking for more "color" and unbiased strategy takes on how to approach this industry, and I think this is where Azum really shined in helping me. We spent maybe 25% of our times on two sales orders (both are completed, one is already up and hashing, the next one goes online in 1 month) and the rest really building out a long term approach for my given goals. For example, I really wasn't prioritizing Efficiency and cost per Terrahash as much as I should have at the outset; I was more focused on Terrahash per machine.

My machines with Wattum are all Antminer S19 Pros 110TH. I haven't experienced any downtime. There was a bit of a delay in the setup. This pushed our start date back about 3 days. With how tight logistics are with getting machines actually hashing, I think this is pretty understandable and my 20+ machine count hasn't had any downtime. Additional context, this was a 2 week lead time order, so adding on 3 more days in the long run of things is minor when you consider both individuals and companies are typically seeing 6 or more months worth of lead time.

I was also able to make a lot of product and website suggestions. Wattum is still trying to automate more and more of the process, and I really hope they can transform the sales process into a modern e-commerce process that is mostly self serve. Azum was really helpful in making sure we were aligned as the contracts and payments were procured.

I definitely recommend working with Wattum. I recommend writing down your questions, telling them what your goals are, and seeing what makes the most sense for you as a cryptocurrency mining customer.

Wanted to leave my honest review for people looking to get into mining. It's a tough world out there and finding a legit company is not easy. I have been mining for 6 years now and I know how things work in the industry. Buying for yourself from china is a coin flip and US companies are not that well known.

Background : I reached out to azam from wattum for my orders. I started off with 4 avalon 1166 pros that were already in the US, and bought some rtx 3070 mining rigs, and S19j pro after i verified they are legit and miners are hashing.

Buying was quite a lengthy process as they did not have an automatic checkout, but azam was patient in answering my questions and guiding through the whole process from choosing miners to having miners installed. Picks up calls almost any time of the day and always replies to message on telegram. Knowledgeable in mining, always nice to talk to a fellow miners. There's just not that many sales people in mining that are actually mining themself.

I was given a contract to sign before making payment. Lengthy contract and in my opinion is biased towards wattum. I suggest you guys have better protection for customers as well to give us peace of mind.

Anyway, it took 5 days to start mining with the avalon after I paid using credit card. Did not want to use crypto payment for the first one as there was not much information about wattum online and I have been scammed before when buying miners. gpu rigs are a bit lower hashrate than advertised but I already know that will be the actual hashrate, I have the same one at home. Probably wattum needs to to a little bit more research before posting information on their website, newbs would think you are doing false advertising. s19 are coming august so expecting them next month. Lets see how it goes.

I have miners with other companies too like frontier mining, blockware solutions and compass mining. So far all of them have been legit and yes there were delays in shipping and install date but if you have been in mining for any number of years, this should be expected. the vendors in US do not have much control over manufacturer delivery. keep calm and be patient. A legit company will always give a refund if you ask.

If anyone is looking to start in mining, I suggest that you do your research on telegram groups such as miners peak and verified hardware marketplace. Network with experienced miners and get information from them. There is just so many scams in the space.

This is company that helped me to get started in crypto. Wattums team been very friendly and knowledgeable in the field, any questions or concerns are resolved or at least addressed within a very reasonable time, communication is on point. I would definitely recommend them as your crypto partners for years to come!

I bought several Avalon 1166 with hosting from Wattum. Dealing with wattum's sales rep, Azam has been straightforward and pleasant, he delivers as promised.

I visited their website and saw the Avalon 1166 pro, which was in stock, so I asked questions and they answered me very politely. We exchanged 3-4 more emails and I was convinced of their legitimacy.
I placed my order for 5 of these miners and paid with cryptocurrency, as this is the only way to pay. They even made me a deal for these miners that was more than tempting. There was a big discount and that made me more greedy.

And this greed was the biggest mistake in my life as i fell in their trap.

It has been over a month and there is no sign of delivery of my Avalon miners. These guys just disappeared from the face of the earth. I have been trying to contact them for a week, but there has been no success for me.
So I decided to warn everyone about them until my lawyer did something and the authorities put this team of criminals behind bars, I suggest everyone stay away and if you plan to buy from them, you better think twice!

Wattummanagement.com are willing to take your money and they will do it without hesitation. You must stay as far away as you can from them ! This is a team of thieves and robbers and will stop at nothing to take your funds.
