Fantastic customer service by the team. Efficient and very helpful with a large window and door order. Couldn't recommend highly enough. My father has used Waveney Windows throughout his fitting career, and he wasn't wrong with his recommendation. Superb service.

All the representatives and fitters were extremely helpful, polite and punctual. The work was carried out to a high standard.

We have had Waveney Windows both build our conservatory and fit a new back door; on both occasions the work has been first class - fast, efficient and top quality for a fair price. Their service is friendly and efficient; we have just has a repair made after a small leak developed in the roof (our fault - we should have got to the moss sooner); Dave came quickly and fixed it under guarantee. Brilliant service from the outset with Nigel helping us with our options through to final fitting by Stefan, a workman with the best work ethic I have come across for a long time.

Thank you everyone at Waveney Windows for the excellent service we received. From the first point of contact to completion the service was seamless and totally professional. The work carried out by our installer was perfect, clean and tidy. The quality of the doors and windows are also very good.
Can't recommend them enough.

Despite the dreadful weather the guys that carried out the work (roofline replacement) were unfailingly cheerful and worked solidly bolstered up by the copious mugs of tea I happily provided! The scaffolding that was arranged was delivered and erected the day before the fitting, again in diabolical weather and again bolstered up by the copious mugs of coffee! Good job all round, thank you.

The entire process end to end was first rate….the workmen were highly professional, knowledgable and pleasant.

The end result looks fantastic. Just can’t fault the service. Which is a rarity nowadays.

for a start you can tell the people you sell to that the ins is not worth the paper its written on. i have being trying to resolve a leek on the box guttering for 4 year. i do have a 10 year ins policy. today i came out of hospital to find a letter on the mat saying they are are done trying to fix it ?? this prob has being here since the day the job was done. from July 2019 to now still on going. management is a prob you phone them but they don't ring back . takes an age to get a response. if box guttering had being put up as per drawings i would not have had this prob. i am 70 odd year old with very poor health. I think they are hoping ill pop my clogs so they don't have to do the job properly. if you have any since give this firm a miss.

Really poor experience with this company. Fitters were very nice and competent, but communications within the company meant that they did not address both the wrong order and that the double glazing in my door was smeared internally within the glass. Despite attempting to inform them, they did not address this and threatened to take me to court because I wanted it rectified the inadequate quality before paying in full. Very aggressive behaviour meaning it has taken me a while to write this review (since 2021). I would never use such a company again and thought to warn prospective customers.

We had 2 windows and 1 door fitted,everyone that we delt with from the rep to the fitter was very professional and friendly.Jason the fitter done an excellent job and left no mess.we would recommend Waveney Windows to all our friends.

We had French doors fitted, everyone we delt with was very friendly and professional, the two guys that fitted the door did their best to keep the mess to a minimum and were very hard working friendly they cleaned up afterwards…thank you very much everyone, would definitely recommend you and use you again 👍

A great experience.

Everyone we have spoken to on site or at our home - the people who visited to quote and measure measure up, the fitter and the receptionist - were all warm and friendly.

We were able to find windows that looked like painted wood and not plastic (perfect for our home). There was no pushy sales technique and the windows were ready to supply and fit sooner than estimated, which was great!

I can’t believe the fitter managed to fit all the windows so quickly and by himself.

The windows are great quality and just what we were looking for.

The only challenge is that the windows we haven’t replaced now look even worse by comparison, so we are going to have to call out Waveney Windows again to get another quote!

I have used Waveney Windows for all my doors and window requests over the years. My latest, very large window has been fitted, and I am very pleased. The window was old. I had draughts, bugs and slugs getting through gaps and condensation in the units. The window now looks lovely. No draughts, very clear, and the flower glass panels look great! The team was brilliant, very professional, and everything was left beautifully tidy!

Great team of professionals. Very quick to answer my problem and sort it out. Seemed that they were really concerned about my problem and over happy to help me get it sorted.

Waveney windows did a great job replacing our eleven windows which look fantastic.Stefen the enstaller was very polite and really knows his stuff.

Decent friendly company, they do a good job for a fair price and have good follow up support. This is the second time we have used Waveney Windows, the first for more extensive works. They would get a full 5 stars but for the delays first time round; that said we used them again and certainly not rule it out in the future.
