Very pleased that we chose Waveney Windows for the replacement of our old double glazing. Excellent quality windows expertly fitted by Ian who was clean, tidy and very thorough and obviously took pride in providing excellent workmanship. Would definitely recommend Waveney Windows.

Quote for roofline work was competitive. It was explained how the installation would work and significantly, likely installation dates. This transpired to be a little longer than expected, but fitted in around working patterns. Both scaffolders and installers were polite and just got on with it. No issues identified at end of installation. Would have no problem in requesting future quotes from Waveney Windows if the need arose.

We have recently had new windows & a door fitted by Waveney Windows. We were really happy with everything.The fitters were very professional & friendly.
We would 100% use them again & would highly recommend!

I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the long wait.Deposit paid in May and house windows fitted end October but conservatory not started until early December and we had to rearrange our decorator twice as date kept getting pushed back but the end result was worth the wait
We also had a couple of issues with damaged glass/frames but this was the fault of manufacturer rather than Waveney windows and was soon rectified once brought to their attention
The fitters were professional and always tidied up at the end of each day.Overall great service

Company replaced all our doors and windows and erected a conservatory. Very happy with the work which was completed on time and efficiently. I am happy to recommend them.

Waveney windows fitted our bifold doors, French doors and windows! We were very happy with the quality and installation, which was all done in one day! We have recommended them to a friend and the quality they got was just as good, I highly recommend you use Waveney windows, we definitely will in the future.

We had bifold doors and 17 windows, including 6 sash windows, fitted back in 2020. We were so pleased with the quality and installation we have just had a new back door fitted to replace a wooden one. The whole experience from measuring to fitting was stress free. In fact, we are about to put in a third order for our barn conversion.
We also recommended Waveney Windows to two friends and they also have had excellent service and are over the moon with the results.

Appalling company paid deposit in feb for conservatory to be done in June/July now being told maybe end of October earliest I clearly told salesman Gary I need this built in the summer and he said yes def be by July this company is awful causing a lot of stress due to there lies and they are now trying to rob me of my deposit cos I have to cancel my order telling me I have to pay salesman commission! What a joke and a fraud how many more conservatory’s is he gonna sell when the company cannot fit them as have lack of staff and can’t get the products so I’ve been told by Simon bran

My 90 year old mother purchased two windows from this company. She waited seven months for the windows to be fitted and when finally they were put in one was fitted with clear glass and one with smokey glass, which she did not order. We have complained, but as others have found on this review site we are being fobbed off. We now have no alternative but to take action against this company. You do, take some good advice, go somewhere else.
In reply to their reply. The difference is obvious for all to see. Fix it or tell it to the judge.

I would like to give no stars but sadly not an option.
This company should cease trading because they clearly couldn't care less about customer's. Took our deposit back in May after telling us 14 weeks to installation, contacted them in August and was still told September, now it appears they have 15 customers in front of us and are only doing one installation per week ! Got deposit back as no guarantee that our work would ever get done. Absolutely disgraceful, no apologies just couldn't care less, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Pleased with workers, after care service met with "in a court of law" only wanted rectifications and how to deal with other issue. Would not recommend.

Contacted Waveney Windows in April regarding a conservatory, paid deposit 06/05/19. Work started 11/07/19 and base and dwarf wall finished 24/07/19. No further movement now, we will be contacted on 05/08/19 to advise of next phase start date and work may start 08/08/19 but not guaranteed, this is going to carry into September, sorry Waveney, unacceptable. Their excuse, we are dealing with a big contract, not my problem, with this level of service I certainly could not reccommend!

Beware this company. Whilst their installation is fine, if you want after sales service they are slow to respond despite reminders and will seek to charge. Notably I had two sets of windows fitted, 7 years later, several 'blew.' When I asked them to replace them, they said those particular windows only carried a 5 year guarantee whereas I had a 10 year guarantee on all, or so I thought. Those particular windows were also differently constructed and inferior quality to others. I tried to seek some assistance from their Mr Worley who was hostile and a most unpleasant man to deal with.
