Just got the surprise pack that I ordered, and wow was I surprised!
I had spoken to Dan (I think) on Tuesday as to when to expect the package, he said he was waiting for 1 more item and they would send out the box the next day.
I have just got it and very happy with the contents. I may not buy every one that Waxpack sell, but I definitely will be purchasing more in the future.

Dan was really helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I’ve always used waxes and polish and was a bit intimidated by all these products I was unsure of. Best thing to do is ask, and Dan was great and talked me through what would be best for me and the Fusso wax I bought is brilliant👍🏻

And for the final transaction, paid for the monthly sample box on the first of the month, 18 days later no box, asked for refund, only through dispute through PayPal was it resolved, what a shambles, better companies out there to deal with!!!!
And to top it all the company (Waxpack) is trying to remove this Review!!!! Trust pilot asked me to review so I did I guess honesty doesn’t pay!!!
As you can see from the top of this comment it is a verified order and most of the reviews are not, make of that what you will!! Three orders three reviews!!! Can’t all be bad!! Can they???
