Curtains are nice. I think you should sort the descriptions out for each set/size of curtain it's very misleading in that with the larger curtains you only get one panel but the descriptions reads... See more

I ordered an item on 24 June after being given an estimated delivery date of 28 June. It was bought as a birthday gift, with over a week before the actual birthday, so there should have been plenty of time.
The delivery date came and went, and I was then told the order was delayed with no idea when it would even be dispatched. I was offered a refund, but because I was told it would take 3–5 days to process, I decided to wait as I thought that would still be quicker than ordering elsewhere. I now regret that decision, as I still have no update on when my order will arrive.
What I find most frustrating is that the item was clearly not in stock or available to source, yet it was still sold with a delivery date that couldn’t be met. If you don’t have the stock, don’t advertise delivery dates you can’t achieve.
Very disappointing experience, poor communication, and I would think twice before ordering again.
In response to their below comment, I contacted Wayfair for an update, but they were unable to provide any explanation for the delay or give any indication of when the order would be delivered. I find this completely unacceptable, as I have been left without any meaningful information despite making the effort to contact them directly.

Ordered a wine cooler from Wayfair due to competitive price and shipping of 2 business days for small parcel items. Day of delivery arrives and no delivery after taking day off. No message or explanation for delay and surprise surprise Wayfair use Evri for delivery so will be cancelling order and going to trustworthy Amazon. Poor poor service and it pays to buy from a reputable company

The delivery service was all ok, I received updates via email and txt and a one hour window however my package was delivered damaged in transit. I tried to "report a problem" via the link provided in my account three times but it just didn't work. I ended up having to request a return to be able to make contact and then found my "problem" was now passed to the manufacturer to resolve. I would have preferred to speak with customer service to discuss options but didn't get the opportunity.

I’ve had countless large and other house hold items from Wayfair over last few years. Every one bar none have been exceptional. Wayfair is always first port of call for me as I’m never disappointed in any item I order .

It was very frustrating. I purchased three items on the 21st, but they were put on hold because they charged me £0.01 short and by the time they got it sorted and the hold lifted, the item that I had purchased had been sold out so they cancelled my entire order of three items and not just that one. Then I put through a new order for the two still available items and it went through, and then I checked the next day and there was a £0.03 discrepancy that they had undercharged me by. So I paid the three pence, and we will see if I actually get my items. I have never had issue before and it’s always been a great experience and quality items, but this was very frustrating. They need to sort out their payment process.

Ordered a console table but after apparent "attempted delivery", it was the re delivered about 5 times, causing me to have to take time of work to wait for my parcel which never showed up on any of the recipient delivery days, it was then cancelled and a replacement was sent out which was "promised" to arrive by a certain day.. again.. still no item... fed up so just cancelled for a full refund.
Always fantastic quality goods! Only downside is the delivery… a few times now, when delivery is from Evri, items have been delayed by quite a while or do not turn up at all. Wayfair have been brilliant in these situations and chased up deliveries or sent out replacement but maybe it’s time to change delivery companies?

The delivery was great and the assembler was very good but the quality of the unit was very poor.There were a lot of scratches on the glass.The rubber bungs that hold the shelves in keep falling out every time I move the shelves.I don’t think it is with the money I paid for it as it is not very good quality.
The choice offered on the website was plenty, with good and simple visuals guides to help me with the measurements. The product was delivered the next day and I've received a few texts to notify the time of arrival. No hassle!
