Change of Formula ?
I have been using WTB for many many years and this is the first one I have received with new branding as well as logo and i believe the formula is different. I find this one harder to glide over the skin and it is patching on my knuckles which it never did before am disappointed in this change

Hi Michelle! On the tracking information provided for you, it states that Royal Mail have tried to deliver your order twice but were unsuccessful. They should have left a card at your address with information on how you can arrange redelivery or collection of your item. Our team had not been contacted about this issue prior to this review, we are not notified about delivery status of orders once they are with the courier.
