I really love the dark tanning lotion, however it seems to be out of stock everywhere! Has the company closed down? I'm desperate to restock, I don't use any other tan!

The best tan I've ever used
The best tan I've ever used. So pigmented and fades like a dream even when I forget to moisturise! It doesn't smell bad, wreck my sheets or clothes. The customer service is so amazing and the girls have gotten me out of a bind when I needed my tan quite quickly for events and stuff! Such a great company and a great product!

Hello Lisa, we are so sorry that you did not receive your order. Unfortunately we had no idea that your parcel was not successfully delivered. The package has not been delivered back to us yet, this is the only way we would know that you did not receive it. We would have found a solution earlier if we were notified. When the packages leave our building we have no control over what happens. I will email you personally and we will find a solution to rectify this.
Update - Hello again Lisa, just updating this situation. We received the package back from Parcel Force today. On the returned package they have stated that the address you provided is ‘Incorrect / Insufficient’ or that you have ‘gone away / moved home’. We put the exact address that you provided on your order, so unfortunately this was completely out of our control. We will await your reply on email and resolve what has happened.

Very happy with my order
Very happy with my order! I also received a free hand sanitizer which was I nice little suprise. The only criticism I have is it came two days later then expected but I did order over a bank holiday.
