The customer service was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to get answers to all of my questions regarding the use of the solar panels, possible configurations, and information on rebates, etc. The shipment of the kit was also no problem and arrived in great condition. It was easy to set up and install. Let's hope it helps make a difference!

I received the package really fast (within a week) and was surprised to even find a personal dutch letter and manual while the website was only in German and English. I havent installed it yet but the product looks really good. I like that the box consists of different labeled compartments.

I've only had a great experience with the company. The balcony solar set was really easy to install. I also had a few follow up questions, needed some documents, etc and the support was really helpful and fast (they answered always on the same day).

It was disappointing to receive the unit and then find that the inverter is not as expected and the fully functioning inverter will only be provided in 2024. The unit install was no issue but right now I have no way to confirm if they are working.

I have had my balcony power plant from we do solar for about one year now and overall I am super happy with the experience. The installation was done in about one hour and it has produced tons of KW/h of energy since then without ever loosing connection. For me it is really like the "iPhone of power plants". My neighbors keep asking me about it and are generally very interested to learn that balcony power plants can look that "slick" and stylish.

We have the WeDoSolar set on our balcony for half a year now and are completely satisfied. It was easy to mount, looks really nice and the panels are super light, so we don't have to worry that they fall on somebodies head below. The app allows us to track the daily yield (which is up to 800Wh on sunny days). Plus it gives us as a family the feeling of doing the right thing for the planet (our girls are happy) whilst saving money in this high electricity price environment.

I am so happy with my WeDoSolar panels!! I live in Lisbon and have a perfect south facing balcony with lots of sun, so it is really maximizing its use to power my apartment!
I also love that it's stylish and non disruptive on my balcony, which was important to me. The best part is how simple it is for set up and use! The fact that everything works from a normal power plug is like magic! I never thought that the setup of solar could be so easy in an apartment. I would highly recommend them for anyone who can take advantage of its valuable use.

I bought this product right when I got my new apartment with a balcony that has sufficient sun exposure. I was only able to mount four panels which does not sound like much, but my electricity bill has already dropped in the first month of using it. I work from home and therefore I can time doing laundry or running my dishwasher while the panels are producing energy. Super nice to have an app that reports on production. A nice bonus as well is the added privacy I now have on my balcony. Installation was super easy. Can recommend!

I purchased this set of panels last year, and I must say it has worked exceptionally well for me. I live in Frankfurt and it's quite sunny here.
So, the main advantage for me is that I have successfully powered all my essential home appliances such as the fridge, laptop, and washing machine using this solar set. Secondly, the set looks really good on my balcony and "hides" me from neighbours. Lastly, what I appreciate is the option to purchase it in parts. This feature made it more convenient for me as the overall price was a bit high initially.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with my purchase.
