Typical dropshipping website

Typical dropshipping website. Excact shoes can be found on aliexpress and Temu for only 7,5$. The fact that delivery takes up to a month means they don't even stock the items and just Buy them in china for 7,5$ when you place an order on their website for +60$. The fact that some people are happy with their purchase astonishes me... The shoes is very low quality and has zero support. Please check some reviews before you buy! Also some people like my dad never received shoes. So sometimes Breeze is so greedy the big mark-up doesn't satisfy them enough and they straight -up scam you...

I ordered two pair of shoes

I ordered two pair of shoes, neither fit properly. I contacted Breeze for a refund and the best they can do is offer a 40% refund or I can pay $20 per pair of shoes to return even though they were shipped together. The return policy is very vague on their website. With this said, I will no longer purchase from this company!

So far, So good!

So far, customer service has been responsive to resolving a shoe size situation. When the replacement shoes arrive, I will be completely satisfied.

Shoez

If the shoes are half as good as there customer service, they will be my favorite! Wearbreeze was offering a special and i didn't receive it at checkout, I thought he we go again bait and switch . But no , I sent an email and Carmen got right back to me and made it right. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU.

Shirt bad, Return policy worse

Shirt was nothing spectacular and I didn’t like the feel of the material. Here is the worst part; Their return policy is such that you have to ship the shirt to their warehouse in London at your own expense.

Very bad quality

Very bad quality, no return with normal shipping fees. Support seems to be pure AI driven. After complaining about high shipping fees they offered a deal. Seems to be the business model to offer these deals.
I lost 15€, shoes go in the trashcan.

Misleading customer service & unfair…

Misleading customer service & unfair exchange policy
I waited nearly a month for my order, only to receive shirts in the wrong size. I double-checked my order confirmation and verified that I requested the correct sizes. When I contacted customer service, they admitted to the issue but insisted I pay additional fees for a so-called “free exchange.”

Even after showing proof that I ordered the right size, they refused to send replacements without charging me more than the shirts originally cost. The process felt dishonest, and the way they handled it seemed like a scam. I was willing to work with them, but their refusal to take responsibility made it clear this company doesn’t stand behind its products or customers.

I will not be ordering from them again.

NOT EASY RETURNS & the XL is a L

The XL is NOT XL. More of a L. But to "easy return" you have email for approval (no phone number), wait for response, then EASY RETURN TO THE UK - nonrefundable postage! But it says it's a CA company.

I was sent two pair of the same shoes…

I was sent two pair of the same shoes and tried to return one but never had a reply to the email I sent requesting instructions for how to return. The pair I kept fit poorly and are totally uncomfortable. I will never wear Breeze shoes again. They are a total scam. Don't waste your money.

Very disappointing customer service!

I bought shoes from Breeze and after only a few weeks the stitching at the front started to come apart. This happened well within the legal warranty period. I reported the issue several times, but the only response I received was that nothing could be done. Despite pointing out that they are legally responsible, Breeze refused to take any action. Very poor customer service and not what you would expect when buying new shoes. One star is more than justified.
