I bought shoes from Breeze and after only a few weeks the stitching at the front started to come apart. This happened well within the legal warranty period. I reported the issue several times, but the only response I received was that nothing could be done. Despite pointing out that they are legally responsible, Breeze refused to take any action. Very poor customer service and not what you would expect when buying new shoes. One star is more than justified.

Horrible. They run way tight, they made me pay for a whole new shipping and still run way tight. I am an XL with regular shirts and their XXXL do not fit.

Not worth it, ordered shirts, they did not fit as advertised, nor did they align with their online measurements. Customer service (Carmen) was very defensive about returns, demanding that I pay an shipping invoice same day (invoice was due 1 week later) claiming that they don’t like unfulfilled orders in their system.

I only received the product 2 days ago, contacted them immediately, the level of frustration is probably indicative of the number of returns they’re getting.

Easy return procedure.

The order arrived today. I was excited, until I tried on the shirts. They are VERY small. The sizing cannot possibly be correct. According to your site, the XXL is for 49" chest....no way this is possible.

These shirts are about the size of an American L, not 2XL.

You have to ship back to the UK...even though they came from Miami.

They offered me 40% to keep the items and donate...not a refund in full. After push back...they upped the offer to 70%.

So I did some more research...exact same shirts they sell for $59 are $16 on Amazon (and you can return easily via Amazon). If you really want the product (not sure why), know they run VERY SMALL and suggest you buy from Amazon.

On my feet all day and I couldn't walk at the end of the day with this shoes I walk free no pain at all

I purchased six shirts online in black. The ink from the shirts is wearing off on my fingers and making my fingernails. Black is absolutely disgusting. I am throwing the shirts out. I don’t even want to return them. Do not buy anything from this company. Their quality is horrible.

It has taken almost a month and still have not received shoes. Last 2 pair I bought from you all took just as long. Need to try and improve your delivery times somehow. On another note: Can't wait to get shoes.

The sizes are not accurate for US. A XXL shirt fit like a L.

My first order from Breeze was for shirts. I ordered XXXL shirts because I normally get XXL from other places and I wanted to make sure they would be big enough. They were not. These are an XL at best. Way too tight.
I am working now on returning them, I will update this review if necessary.

I ordered 2XL as I do with all my T’s, golf shirts and button ups… what I received was a Large at best. I will be returning these and hope that the process is user friendly.

I have purchased shoes from Breeze and have been satisfied with the purchases. I decided to try their polo shirts and this is where the trouble began. Their ad specifically said they were designed for "bigger" men. No, they are not. While they stretch to fit, the shirt are undersized. I ordered 2XL and they would barely fit an XL size man. I usually have no problem with a 2XL shirt in the shoulders and waist, but these shirts didn't fit well at all. Too tight in the shoulder and chest area and they didn't hang right.

When I tried to return the shirts, they said I would have to pay for shipping them back and discouraged me from returning because "if the shirts are lost during the return process, I would no receive any refund". They offered me a 30% partial refund and I could keep the shirts. As I couldn't wear the damn things, I told them I wanted to pay the shipping and get the full refund. They "talked to a supervisor" and came back with 70% partial refund and no need to return the shirts. They said this was the best they could do, so I took the partial refund.

I will not be doing business with Breeze again and encourage others to beware of their business practices.

Ordered XXL which is too small and Short that it exposed the stomach. Falsely advertised to hide the beer belly but does the opposite.

Product is cheap, no support in shoes and laces broke as soon as I pulled on them. Terrible product.

The shoes we purchased were great looking, but we needed to exchange the size. I sent an email and I was promptly contacted on getting them exchanged, and was really pleased at how easy the process was. We received our replacement shoes and could not be happier. Measure your foot - do not go by your US size. My husband normally wears a 101/2 US, but needed a 9 1/2 in the pairs we purchased for him. Now they fit great. Lots of compliments last night on the pink pair he wore.

poor understanding of customer service, awful quality product, dont fit, dont waste your money

This company is awesome to do business with! They offer the best customer service which is very rare in today’s world. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone and might I add …. Their products are top notch! Highly recommend!!
