Thank you for quickly getting me the right size shoe that I had incorrectly specified. These are by far the best shoes I've ever worn and my feeling are rejoicing exceedingly gladly!

Ordered shoes that arrived as expected. Sizing wasn't good and material quality was bad - very cheaply made shoes. What was worse is their return policy. You have to return them to the UK at your expense. They offer a 50% reimbursement if you donate and keep them. Of course when I determined it wasn't worth the expense and time to return them, my refund wasn't even close to 50%. Very deceptive return policy on top of a poor quality product. Stay away!

DONT DO IT. TEMU have the EXACT same shoe for 1/10 of the price. i paid $114 for mine. cheap lightweight Chinese quality. TEMU have it for $14. YEP !! i should have not impulsed. they are so cheap and nasty cheap quality. and theyre too large. wrong size by 1cm. i ordered a 10 but its the size of an 11. its too big.

Light weight and comfortable

Ordered two pairs of shoes and they never arrived. Support never reached out or updated me on the order without me having to contact them many times. Over a month and they couldn’t get their distributor to deliver the shoes. No accountability and terrible customer service.

Beware of this company, all their sizes are not standard. I ordered a pair that did not fit and then they offered to send another pair in a different size. They did not fit. They won’t take returns and won’t agree a refund! Absolute scam and will report them to trading standards. Facebook should be ashamed to promote their ads!

Pretending to be a quality local company. It's just drop shipping from China. The shoes don't even match the design on the pictures. Bad smell, terribly cheap look. I thought this could replace my On shoes, but I'm not even putting this on my foot.

Just beautiful. I have a similar shoes with white soul but having them in black is much more elegant.

I ordered a pair of black Cruise shoes and when putting them on for the first time and tightening the shoe string, it broke. I contacted customer support and their response was only a 20% refund or go see a shoe repair store at my expense. So much for a hassle-free return policy on defective materials.

Great shoes

Finally got my shoes after 3 or 4 weeks. Opened the shoes and the smelt like donkey piss. The smell was horrific. Threw the shoes in the garbage, because I know it would of took a year to get my refund. I wouldn't advise purchasing these shoes. This company shouldn't be allowed to sell, period.

Possibly the worst shoes I have ever purchased.Everything they advertised is a joke.1st THEY ARE NOT FOR WIDE FEET! 2nd THEY ARE MADE THE FLIMSIEST MATERIAL POSSIBLE.3rd THEY ARE INCREDIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE.4th AND THIS IS ON ME… I SHOULD HAVE READ THE RETURN POLICY ITS HORRIBLE. I spent 164.00 dollars and I will throw them in the clothing donation box WHAT A SCAM!

Shoes feel lightweight and are very comfortable. They are also easy to slip on and off. No exaggeration but they are the best shoes I have worn in a long time and worth the price I bought them for. I love the colors too!!

Supposedly order was shipped April 19, 2025. Tracking states order has been at a USPS processing center which is 15 miles from my home since May 1. As of May 9, I still have not received the shoes. The processing center says the order was not in the shipping container being tracked. Customer service cannot research from the shipping end, and a refund cannot be processed until 30 days from shipping date.

Scam website. Reported them to police for scamming me.
