Poor quality at premium prices
Poor quality at premium prices! What a disappointment!
I bought laundry sheets which do not dissolve, leaving clothes stained (some I fear permanently) and far from properly washed.
I really do not recommend this product.
AS UPDATE:
I received not a very pleasant communication from Spruce. somehow it made me feel how i should feel guilty about having bad experience with their product. they could not even be asked lto spell my name right. really not great.
In response:
Range of fabrics and laundry cycles. Whites has become dulled and looking unwashed almost immediately. Sheets do not dissolve well and leave stains that are incredibly hard to remove.
I am still trying to get my clothes back on track after the experience.

Our products have been rigorously tested to remove stains and clean effectively, and they do not contain optical brighteners like many conventional detergents. Based on our testing, it would be highly unusual for them to cause staining, so we’d really appreciate any additional details you can share.
Could you let us know more about the conditions in which the laundry sheets were used? For example:
What type of fabrics were washed?
How many sheets were used?
What was the washing temperature and cycle?
Were any other products used alongside our detergent (before or after)?
The more details you can provide, the better we’ll be able to get to the bottom of this.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and want to ensure you have the best experience.

Great sprayers & sublime cleaning products. Yes I used the word 'sublime'- fresh scents, powerful cleaning & easily recognisable when a cleaning emergency happens & I'm groping inside the dark recesses of the cupboard under kitchen sink.
I've used all the sprays happily for the last year or so & just started using the sponge & all is good.

Appears to clean well enough, but fragrance doesn’t last very long
I bought this product as an environmentally friendly option. Seems to do the job although it’s quite expensive for what you get. Was disappointed that the fragrance did not last long as the other reviews seemed to suggest. As soon as I cleaned with the product, the fragrance disappeared almost instantly.

Great customer service!
A fault developed with my spray bottle nozzle, however I contacted Spruce to let them know and the customer service I received was outstanding, a new nozzle was delivered to me in a few days time. Great cleaning products, I will continue buying!

Where is my order?
Like other reviewers, I have tried to raise a concern about my order, which was placed over a week ago. I have not yet received an email to notify me of dispatch and there has been no sign of any delivery. Likewise, there have been no replies to my email and texts. Very poor communication and no indication of dispatch and delivery times/waits.

Very happy!
I've been using Spruce multi surface cleaning spray refills and the laundry sheets for a while now. I feel so much better knowing that I'm not using products containing nasty chemicals. Cleaning sprays that I've used in the past have irritated my chest, but I don't have that problem since using Spruce. I also love that there's no single use plastic. Very happy with the effectiveness of both products and will be continuing to use them.

I'm converted!
They really work and smell amazing. I love the bottle and they have turned a chore into a pleasant job!
I have to admit I was initially sceptical, maybe it is because I live on a farm and I think my house is probably grubbier than the average home!!! But their cleaning spray really does work and the laundry sheets do a great job. I can bare to think about how much plastic and water goes to waste on conventional products. I'm totally converted, thank you, Spruce. p.s. the bottles look so pretty!
