USED THEIR SERVICES A FEW TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY SUPPOSEDLY CLEANED AND THEY DID NOT!! I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THEM TO JUST VACUUM??!! THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY AFTER THE PICTURES AND EMAILS I SENT THIS PLACE IS A SHAM!!

Poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. I have requested several times to cancel my subscription but they insist on charging my card and refuse to help. The products are average, there is much better on the market. Updating this post in response to the reply. I’m not referring to other brands with toxic ingredients, I referring to wholesome brands with organic ingredients and very good customer service which is where you’re clearly lacking (going off other reviews too) I’ve reported you to my bank as you refused to assist me in cancelling the subscription and instead keep taking my money. Takes a lot for me to complain but their customer service is really bad. Spend your money elsewhere. AVOID at all costs.

Similar to other reviewers, the customer service is awful. I had a subscription for the floor cleaner, payment was taken and no product arrived. Took several messages to get a response which advised of a wider shipping issue. However weeks later have still not had a replacement or response to request for updates. Requests for a refund are completely ignored. Cancelled subscription and will not order from this company again.

Disappointed with the lack of response.
The products themselves seem really good and smell lovely. However the refills duo I ordered were missing from my package which I received on the 25th May.
I phoned Spruce but received an automated message, I emailed twice, I used the contact us form and sent a text message all in the last 3 weeks.
I have still not heard from Spruce or received the outstanding items.
Although I like the products, I shall not be ordering any more until Spruce send me the items or refund my money.

Great cleaning products, nice smell (not overpowering) but most importantly for me no nasty chemicals.

Ordered starter pack one week ago, still not been shipped. No response to email, text or Instagram comment. Really poor customer service. Have now requested a refund. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Fast delivery. Love the smell and both floor and surface cleaner seems to do the job. We have a dog and with all the rain many dirty paw prints and even when dried in it cleans up well. Thank you.

I love Spruce & its different products & scents especially glass & mirror cleaner. Streak free every time. The antibacterial spray is amazing cleans up all the stains on my white worktops first time & the smell is gorgeous & fresh. A definite go to for me

Bottles are beautiful but the glass cleaner is like spraying water. No smell to it either. Followed instructions and tried several different types of cloths but just left streaks

Love the products! Great fresh fragrances and love how much wastage it reduces. Easy to change subscription and quick delivery.

All the products work really well. It’s fairly priced non toxic and eco friendly. What more could you ask for

I purchased the floor product has one of my clients have started using it and I found it left her tiles sparkling clean with no smears as well has smelled beautiful and that smell lasted for a long time .. But for some reason my purchase doesn't seem to have that beautiful smell, I tried adding a little more but still not the same.... Even my mop held the beautiful spell after a few days, but doesn't with my purchase .... 😔😔

Spruce products are so good, the kitchen spray is not a staple in my house and I’ve stoped purchasing other cleaning sprays. The 21 pack basically lasts the whole year and it’s a bargain!

Amazing smell and great job cleaning the floors. A little goes a long way. I did empty the product into an airtight container for easier use and storage.
Will definitely purchase again.

Purchased Spruce starter pack. We are keen to find sustainable eco-friendly products and we were well disposed to like Spruce. However, some things we really like and others are not for us.
* Multipurpose spray is very effective and lovely to use
* Bathroom cleaner works well and is really handy for a quick freshen up of the basin
* The spray bottles are very attractive and work well, nice enough to leave handy
* We struggled with the Glass and Mirror cleaner as whatever we tried we couldn't get a streak-free finish. We wondered if there was a residue of another product on the mirror, so cleaned it right down with hot water and tried again, but still lots of streaks. We won't be using this.
* Floor cleaner is very good at cleaning floors well, and love the tiny size due to concentrated granules. Dissolves well in water. There is a 'but' though - we found the fragrance very overpowering, so this one is not a winner for us.

I keep trying to cancel my subscription but no one replied to my emails and I keep getting charged

New year, new flat……we have had all of the big name cleaning brands, our former flat was never truly clean and took up so much space. We downgraded in size and I wanted to try safer products that did not take so much space. Cue; Spruce! I follow the company on Instagram and ordered the starter bundle for the new place. I first used the glass cleaner and was so surprised that there were no streaks! I have tried popular brands before and would have to wipe down so many times to achieve a streak free surface!

I am now a “clean” Spruce believer!!!
