Went in store at Shepherd’s Bush to return my faulty leggings but was told I needed to return online as that’s how I ordered them. Staff in store were super lovely. Used the WhatsApp contact number on the website, spoke with Jodie and within 5 minuets I had received a confirmation of the new pair being shipped. Really quick and understanding team! Thank you

I ordered two tank tops, they weren't cheap at over £30 each, received them this morning and there is a large stain on the white top and lots of bobbling it has clearly been worn and washed before. This is unhygienic and falls way below quality standards. I contacted customer services who just said return it with very little apology and a 10 percent discount to refund the one that I used. I declined the discount as I would not use a company that sends items out in this condition. It's also clear to see generally that the top would not wash well as it is very bobbled from the previous owners wash attempt. It is also advertised that it is bra free however there is no built in support.
Had an amazing first experience with Tala’s customer service team! They were quick with responses, especially considering I’m an internal customer (CA). I adore my bra and zip up that I had purchased, would definitely recommend!!

Extremely positive experience with the whole customer services team. Very helpful, patient and genuinely kind. I got very detailed advice on sizing for quite a few items, the girl even send me photos to show how it looks on her and forwarded the enquiry to the design team just to be sure. Then, when I was worried about delays for my international delivery, David kept a close eye and tracked the parcel throughout the whole journey, and kept regular communication. Honestly, I have never been treated so well throughout the whole shopping experience and will definitely purchase again. Thank you!

Used to love Tala, and their quality & customer service. Unfortunately my leggings ripped upon the first wear, sent the item back a month ago, tala confirmed they recieved my items and the replacement is being processed. Weeks go by, I ask for an update and ‘Emily’ is very reluctant to help and insinuated that they hadn’t actually received it and I needed my proof of postage, trying to basically scam me in hope I didn’t have it, despite having a confirmation email from tala stating they had my return. I have since sent my proof of postage, asked this to be raised to management and still waiting for my replacement….

I absolutely love the Scrunch seamless leggings and have them in multiple colours, however around the 6 month mark and despite carefully putting them on or off with no pulling around this area (via the leg as they recommend) the scrunch seems to always break. The past pair they exchanges due to it being under 6 months, but I have now had two black pairs rip across a few days.
I have even lost two stone of weight and remained a size L despite being a size 8 and the scrunch still breaks. I am now being declined a full replacement which I think is quite rude when I have spent a lot of money for a brand that prides in durability and quality - I feel this should last more than 6 months for nearly £60 leggings. However now because of their “returns policy” seem to hit the 6 month mark and they don’t care.
As a long standing customer and supporter of TALA I’m afraid to say if the response is not for a full refund or replacement I shall be spending my money elsewhere!

I have had an ok experience with Tala in the past but unfortunately am very unsatisfied with my recent interaction with their customer service team. I always order from Tala in a size 14, having made several purchases, and measure exactly at that size. The recent leggings I bought however wont stay up when I go for a walk of more than a few minutes. I suspect because they are a pair with a "hidden waistband" that simple isn't effective enough. When I flagged this clear manufacturing / quality error to Tala, they have refused to give me a refund for the leggings, even though these are in the returns period. Will not be ordering from Tala again. Don't bother shopping here - the quality does not align with the prices.
Generally I’ve always had good service from tala but it’s not been great this time!
I bought a couple of sports bras from Asos a few years ago and as with padding for any sports bras - they just don’t last! I do really like these pads though, I just want to buy some more pads to replace the ones that was got old and broken, but they won’t do anything and sent me to asos who have 0 customer service :(
