I had a faulty pair of leggings and the customer service were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, replies were really fast and they made the whole process really simple and easy. Khadija in particular was amazing!!

The website was easy to navigate and I love the clothes.

I contacted them via WhatsApp this morning to ask about sizing of a jumper I wanted to buy. It was so easy to speak with someone and ask any questions I had for purchasing the jumper. It was real time help with a real person. Would definitely use again. Also highly recommend using the live chat.

Terrible! I am from switzerland ordered on the 6th March. Estimated delivery is 2 weeks. 2 weeks later nothing I had to message the team and they said they will contact courier. Another week later i had to email them again for an update they then said my order is being returned to sender and I will be refunded.

Very disappointed and will not be ordering here again

Had an issue with part of my order, through no fault of Tala but David has been superb. He has rectified the issue promptly, kept me updated throughout and I cannot fault the personal touch to customer service.

I had a fault with a product ordered recently, and so contacted using WhatsApp. The return was set up so kindly and smoothly. The whole process was sorted by the time I had finished my 3 sets of bench press... Blown away, thank you team

I messaged the brand via Instagram because my delivery got cancelled. They replied within an hour, discussed the issue, and organised a new delivery with no problems! Great customer service - I’m a returning customer and this only strengthens my love for the brand.

Been a loyal Tala customer for years and recommend to everyone - the black flared leggings were my gateway (game changer, and incredible to have the length options as a tall gal). I have three pairs as I wear in rotation and so good for work too. Always get comments.
Love the other styles too, gorgeous colour options, love the fit, the thick materials used. Never had any issues until a minor one recently that was resolved immediately, credit to the customer service and speed of reply/ resolution - never had to use it before so good to know if ever there's an issue it's straightforward! Highly recommend.

TALAs customer service is second to none. I have never known a brand to respond so promptly and fix an issue when the problem was with the courier and not them. I love there are no automated responses, having to wait up to 5 business days for a reply. Khadija thank you for sending out a replacement order for the one lost in transit, absolute life saver! Can’t fault you all as a company, perfect pieces, perfect team thank you!

David from their customer service team was SO helpful in assisting with a mistake I had made with my shipping address and issues I had with delivery. He sorted the whole thing out and made it very easy for me. Thank you so much!!

Had to contact customer services as Royal Mail app was telling me my order was to be delivered on the Saturday and it never turned up, they responded on a Monday morning within an hour or so to my query, stated that they should be delivered on the Monday and I did receive them from Royal Mail. Quick response and all sorted 😃
Also great item
