Who ever do orders we gad one but never received it . Cannot remember the order no so. This place don't delivered

I have never had such a terrible experience as with your company,
You sent the wrong size product,I returned it and I have phoned twice, have email messages via PayPal
written a letter including all the documents to prove I returned the incorrect parcel and STILL NO REFUND!!!!!!

Not sure about the size doesn't quite seem to fit. Perhaps the legs are a bit wide

Was not terribly happy with product. Not as absorbent as expected. Won’t buy any more.

Horrible service, I ordered in feb, asked in April what’s happening with the order and they said they would look into it. In May I asked for my money back as I had to purchase the same products from somewhere else. I didn’t get any response back and didn’t receive the items until July. These items are now useless to me. I would never buy anything from this company again.

I have ordered previously from this company for my 95yr mum and was very satisfied, ordered again paid for 3 articles only received 2, numerous emails and phone calls and got fobbed off with continual lies. Will NEVER purchase from them again unless they do the right thing for my mum who is a pensioner. My son in law is a Barrister and I am contemplating taking it further action.

I paid for 4 pairs of underwear but only 2 pairs were sent. I've been trying to get my rightful refund for over 3 months. I've sent more than 7 written messages and left more than 3 phone messages (which they promise to return but never do). Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

messaged over 4 times after making order to cancel, absolutely no response, over 3 weeks for delivery which i tried to cancel, then called 3 times and no return call, finally go in touch with someone and it's been over 2 weeks and still no refund. very bad customer service, very disappointed.

My order is very delayed. No-one will respond. Is this company genuine?

Order placed fine late March 2023 never received the items is now May 2023, no repies to any commumication and as yet. I have request either supply the items or provide a refund. Extremly poor service.

I never received this item. I ended up getting an Australia Post refund for it

I used Wearever once before and received the items which were quite good but this time I received nothing and I asked for tracking and no reply then I found that the parent company was Cornerstone Health Supplies I then phoned both companies who both said that someone would ring me back , but no one did. Thank God that I used Paypal who refunded my payment promptly............

I purchased an item for my mum, but the shipping took much longer than expected and she passed away before the package even arrived. I tried to contact Wearever multiple times through email and their help chat system so I could organise to return it, and never even got a response.

My advice: take your money elsewhere, where the business has some semblance of customer service or decency,

I ordered one size. Received small. Made contact and never heard from them! $50 wasted!!

Socks made a great difference to pain in my feet
Not too tight feel good
