Unhappy all round
Took four months for my product to arrive. Within 1 week of wearing they started getting holes where lace meets fabric. The fabric feels like really cheap plasticy nylon. I tried a competitor's brand and will never go back to Wearever now.
Not Happy Jan
The wrong size and colour were delivered after I was waiting for about 3 months. I could have returned them and explained what had happened but I felt that it just wasn't worth it even if I had paid out a fair bit of money for them. In theory I still think they could be a good idea.
Planning a trip around Australia
Planning a trip around Australia, worried about bladder problems, l ordered a variety of incontinence underwear. I tested them all on a trip around Victoria.
Some were more period type protection, and failed me when l was caught short. Others were of a bathers type fabric, and were very sweaty to wear, like sitting in wet bathers for an entire day.
The cotton Wearever ones were most comfortable, and efficient in their purpose,
- though l would go a size larger next order, as the elastic was far too restricting, particularly if in a hurry, after a long stretch of travel. I had to clip the elastic in a couple of spots, to ease dressing and undressing. Perhaps l have put on weight during isolation??
But, overall, they were a lovely comfy fit, apart from the tight elastic.
One thing l have noticed, as there is no way to tell if you have had a leakage, so to speak, if you shower in the evening, and wear the clean product for safety in bed, is preferable to showering in the morning, and wearing the same item to bed. There was leakage on the sheets in the morning.
So either way, wear a clean product to bed for best protection.
A little pricey if showering arrangements require you to wear two pair per day, but an excellent, comfortable product, practical and efficient in its use.
Another plus l have noticed, is that the wicking, or drawing off moisture from the body, has assisted greatly in reducing the crazed itching from a recurring rash symptomatic from having diabetes. This was a welcome relief, believe me! Probably due to the cooler, drier condition caused by the product, thereby reducing the conditions for a thrush attack.
I’d use them just for that benefit alone!
Now that l have almost enough for a week of wear, l plan to purchase a set for the caravan.
We keep our clothes ‘to go’ set up in the caravan wardrobes, so we can be prepared to ‘head off‘ at a moments notice, should a quiet period occur with my husbands work.
And of course, for our planned Trip Around Aus.
I had been so worried about the proposed trip, and getting caught short.
And l am so much happier now, with the protection l am wearing even when l am trying to unlock the back door, on returning from a shopping trip.
Do you think l the elastic issue is something that needs to be addressed, or should l just order a size larger?
The ones l bought do fit comfortably, the elastic is just far too tight, while the underwear itself does stretch well, as required.
If you are still awake, thank you for the product, something l really needed, and a really good product that l will recommend to friends.
Thank you.

Very poor customer service
Purchase was OK but extremely difficult to make contact for enquiries, follow up and exchanges. Took a month to reply to emailed enquiry and they still have not replied to request for exchange. Such a shame their admin and sales are so poor as the product is excellent but I will not be wasting my time again.

I purchased a couple of pairs of pants for my mum who had a mini stroke. It took over 2 months for the pants to arrive. I contacted your company by phone many times with no answer & no return calls.
I totally understand that during Covid you had issues receiving your products. But do not sell products you do not have or can not source.
I will not be purchasing any products from your company again.

Didn’t like the
I’m sorry but I did not like these ...I think the size was to big to start with..I washed them and they took days to dry because of the padding..which was very uncomfortable...so I did some alterations...took out the padding and made the pants smaller...so now I wear them as ordinary underwear...

Have been waiting for quite a few weeks for replacement garments to arrive.
Considering the first articles sent to me were the wrong size, so that they had to be returned
and considering that fact that the replacement garments have yet to arrive,
I'm afraid that I cannot be too complimentary.
Incontinence panties.
The panties were lovely. My only problem is that I need them for just that little leak (urine) I just found that the padding below was a little too wide and long for what I intended to use them for. Otherwise, lovely product. If I still had my period I would thoroughly recommend them. All the best and thank you
Very glad I found these

I find these uncomfortable to wear
