I have a restaurant business so I always need new tees! Honest to God, nobody comes close to Icy’s quality! Best in the business! And very respectful when they deal with you! Amazing experience to buy from Icy’s team!

Super smooth customer experience! Love the shirt that I received and got so many compliments from wearing it out in public!

First and foremost sizes run small and not true to size for shirts. I know because my order arrived after 3 months and it happend to me withcall 5 shirts I purchased. I sent them back for exchange and I waited 6 months with no update besides automated emails saying id get an update when my package was picked up by carrier. I NEVER got that update, so I received a refumd instead. I dont know if they lack integrity and dont care or if they are just unaware of how shipping an item works, I feel embarassed for the owner who just travels to different clothing venues like Magic and doesnt put effort into prioritizing getting clothes to customer.

They are making good reviews look at the dates their employees are making the good reviews do not trust u will be waiting shes for your package it may not every show

Sucks u be waiting weeks plus the people u talk to lies ordered on the 1st order number was crated on the 10 than ship on the 14 make that make sense than came by the 20

They don’t care about their customers showed no remorse when they messed up MY ORDER. paid extra for shipping for no reason when they still used REGULAR GROUND SAVER guess they just wanted the extra 15 dollars i paid for expedited. Ridiculous do better bro
