Found Icy Vintage through Instagram and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. Ordered two pieces and the packaging alone told me this brand is serious. The quality is way better than the price point suggests — thick fabric, clean stitching, no cheap shortcuts.

Shipping was faster than estimated and everything arrived exactly as shown. Sizing was accurate too, which is rare for online vintage-style drops.

I’ve already gone back for a second order. If you’re on the fence, just buy it — you’ll understand once it arrives.

Quality of the clothing is literally the worst. I have not ever thrown an article of clothing away in my life until I ran into this. The company has got to do better, 40 bucks for the material they are clearing paying Pennies for is robbery.

I absolutely love Icy’s clothing! The quality is really impressive the fabric feels soft, durable, and comfortable to wear all day. The designs are stylish and modern, and everything fits true to size.

What I appreciate most is how versatile the pieces are. You can dress them up or keep them casual, and they still look great. The stitching and finishing also feel premium, which makes it worth the price.

Overall, Icy is a brand I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for trendy, comfortable, and well-made clothes.

Horribe sizing. Ordered 2 shirts and both were long and not wide. Over Priced Tee's, Horrible Quality. NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!!

I returned some items, after they received it they stopped communicating with me. Do not trust these people as they will steal your money.

Your return just landed at our shipping partner’s warehouse. It usually takes about 15 more days for it to make its way back to us here in Ontario, Canada. I’ll keep an eye out for it and once it’s back, we’ll run it through inspection and I’ll hit you up with the next steps to get that size swap or a store credit refund sorted for you.

I paid $15 extra for 2 to 5 day delivery. It's been a month and I still have not received my order. They refuse to refund my extra shipping fees.

I ordered 2 t-shirts for my nephew for Christmas on December 11th. The website stated that the items would be here in time for Christmas. Two days before Christmas, and the items are not here and I can't find any tracking info. I contact them and they responded the next day saying that the items would ship soon. It is now January 7th and the items still have not arrived. They sent me an email asking me to review the items. I can't review things that I still haven't received almost a month later. Definitely stay away!

Would never shop with them again. I placed my order on Dec 13th and still have not received it. Their customer service is terrible. They only send templated email responses that do not address the issue. I received an email on 12/27 saying my order shipped only to find out the just created the label. There has been no updates on when I will receive my order and it’s almost been a month. They ruined my son’s Christmas!

This company is worse than hot garbage!! Excuse after excuse as to why my order wasn’t shipped and to make matters worse, they only responded via email, NEVER answers their customer service line. Rescinded the transaction through my bank and made a customer complaint with the government of Ontario.

Ordered December 10, no update as to where in holy hell is the shirt is that I ordered as one of my sons Christmas gift.. u can call & they answered but leaves you on hold forever and never picks up to actually talk. STILL NOTHING! I’m looking for a refund cuz this is ridiculous

You could tell the people behind this have no integrity. They are deleting comments off a fake ig page they purchased with a lot of followers.

ordered december 14th, now december 29th and they finally send a real, not automated message to me stating my package should arrive Januray 12th-14th. Should’ve recieved a discount or some type of compensation for the 1 month shipping. This better be the best shirt and hoodie i ever gotten or I will be pissed.

Ordered December 14 it’s been 2 weeks and no updates to the order at all.

Placed order on the 16th, when I still hadn't received a tracking number or any shipping notification on the 22nd, I reached out to them multiple times and heard nothing. Had to contact my bank on the 26th to just reverse the charge.

Like every other review, this company is terrible. Ordered on December 5th, no communication or way to communicate with company. Shipping Label created on December 20th and still hasn't been picked up. Hopefully others check reviews before ordering from this company, as it may take 30+ days to get your item, if you ever get it. Would never buy from them again.

Ordered on 12/10/25. Have never received further communication on status since then. I have called their # a couple times and just puts you into vm after waiting on hold. No option to Chat with someone nor to check on order status.

Placed my order 12/10/25 and paid the extra $15 to receive it in 2-5 business days. Should have been plenty of time to get it before Christmas. Received an email that they received my order and they charged my credit card. Today is 12/23/25 and have not heard anything. I’ve emailed them and called and left 2 messages asking about the order. No response. Tomorrow I will just get the money back from my credit card. I will never order from here again.

Had order a single shirt on December 5th for Christmas for one of my family members, it’s now December 23rd and shirt still hasn’t arrived, original delivery date was December 16th but they have pushed back the delivery date 3x now and still have no confirmation on when order is going to arrive. Terrible communication have tried contacting their email and phone number but have gotten no response. Terrible website and services do not recommend

Takes forever to ship out items I ordered mine 12/9/25 in which it states 7-10 business days to receive item. As of today 12/23/25 it still shows that my product has a shipping label created. I ordered in ample amount of time for it to get here on Christmas so thanks for ruining Christmas because of this I will never order here again.
