Goods not delivered

Still not received my order after 3 weeks. The fault seems to be with the courier, but the customer service for this company is not worthy of its name. Great shame their products look good, and I was looking at getting some other items but will definitely go elsewhere now

Appalling service!And still no refund

Order number 107251
Really poor service. Order placed for a travel mug on 17th December and still haven’t received it. Emailed them to query this and still no reply. No telephone number supplied to speak to a human being either. Unsatisfactory and infuriating all round!

As of today I have had no further messages form Wearth since 14 January! Where is my refund 😤

Sadly another online company who cannot…

Sadly another online company who cannot supply the goods they advertise. A simple pendant necklace ordered on the 14/12/21 still not been dispatched. It is fine having all the environmental credentials in the world but if you cannot supply the goods you advertise to your customers those values are worthless.

Happy with my purchase

Happy with my purchase - the bottle could do with a drop stopper so that it doesn't pour so fast but apart from that I am looking forward to seeing if it helps my acne as grapeseed oil is non-comedogenic, if pure, which I hope this is.

Awful

I ordered 2 goods last month, plenty if time for a birthday gift, or so I thought. I was told they would arrive separately, so waited. Nothing turned up so I emailed the company, no reply, so I went to social media and surprise surprise they got back to me. They would check with their brands and get back to me. I heard nothing, so again took to social media, this time I was told one parcel was on route and another had been delivered. When I explained that after checking my CCTV it showed the delivery man leaving with one parcel, then I obviously hadn't had it delivered. I was met with rudeness, belligerence and downright awful customer service. In the same thread they said they hadn't said it had been delivered, so I screenshot their own message and sent it back to them. Nothing. I had to drive 7 miles to ask at the sorting office as to whether they had something for me, luckily they had both packages. One of the items was damaged, so they gave me a refund, but nothing for the time and hassle spent running around trying to find my packages. Absolutely awful company to deal with, steer clear.

Beautiful Christmas Wrapping paper

I found Wearth, London by accident googling for ethical wrapping paper. I loved the designs so first time purchase of 5 sheets.
Really pleased with the quality, though there was some damage to the outside packaging on arrival, which sadly affected the paper inside with a small hole through 3 of the sheets. Not too much of an issue. Perfectly usable.
Overall very happy and would buy from them again.

Not received order

I’ve put in both an order query over a week ago and send an email yet I’ve heard nothing. I ordered a few items from the store on the 16th of November and have received 3 of the 4. I know they come from Separate companies so they come at different times but it’s been a few weeks and I have heard nothing from anyone about this last item, not even a dispatch or acknowledgment. I’ve tried so hard to get in touch with anyone even messaged their Instagram and no one wants to know.

Unfortunately, the brand Polu don't tend to mark their items as dispatched even when they have been, however you should have received the item by now. The information on the product listing looks to be contradictory, stating that the item is in stock and then stating 'Enter your email address to be notified when this item is back in stock'. I have issued a full refund on your order as I believe that this item must be out of stock. I have also sent you an email regarding this.
