First time, maybe not the last.

It was first time when I bought something in Asus webshop. The web interface looks not very clear and lacks some filtering.
Status of the order is also not updated.
DHL delivery is another story but in the end I am happy to get my RTX 3070 at reasonable price, considering the current situation.

Stay away

I've order a screen on this website. The payment was made via Paypal. The invoice arrived by email right after. Until this point everything was alright. However, since I did not hear for DHL for a time, I went to check the website. My order is cancelled. No information was sent by email about this cancellation. Nothing about a refund. I've tried to reach them. Still waiting for an answer.

Horrible after sales assistance

Horrible after sales assistance. I got a professional screen worth 660€ 4 years ago. About a week ago weird colored parts started appearing on the screen making it unusable. I contacted the assistance team asking if I could repair the product (considering its initial high value) and they simply replied that they do not repair them, specifiying that even for warranty substitutions the screen was thrown away.

To be honest from a brand like Asus I expected way more.

Uninformed Employees

The online-shop is very uninformed with its own product palette. They are not able to give any detailed Information about the specification of their hardware, basically I was getting hardware specifications, that have proven to be wrong. Also no one in the entire Shop was able communicate estimated delivery dates - which is for commercial purposes a definitive no-go. Answers were written usually via auto-generated lines, or in bad language. The phone support is even worse.
If the ordering procedure is an indicator of their Support-Services, its a definitive stay away.

- Money transaction received by webshop.asus.com bank
- Received mail with payment successful and product will arrive soon
- After few days receive mail from webshop.asus.com that product is not available
- 12 days until money were refunded
DON'T RECOMMAND STAY AWAY! 0 star

2x times ordered, 2x chancelt

2x times ordered
2x payed
After several days got a order chancel
After additional 2 weeks Money came back
In this waiting period several addtional Orders were possible
No recommendation for Asus anymore

Very bad service

The order was cancelled without any valid reason. I contact them twice via live chat. The person never answered and the second time they said hi how can we help, when i explained my story they closed the chat. LoL?
