Say lousy is a compliment!
On November 12 I manage to buy a 3080 TUF OC from their website. The same evening I receive emails with a tracking code for the shipment. On November 13th I notice that the shipment was not delivered on the DHL website as there was no data necessary for delivery. I decide to contact DHL and they tell me that the sender has not indicated a name or address and they tell me to contact the sender. Before doing this, I check if there are any errors in my client area, but there were none. I also check the invoice issued by ASUS and the data is correct there too. I decide to contact customer service via email, facebook, instagram and by phone. They always reply that "they have forwarded the request and will update me". In a week they solved nothing at all! The package went around Germany empty and returned to ASUS, which it never sent back. I contacted them for clarification and they told me that they would fill in the correct data and make the shipment again. After almost three days they didn't ship and I decided to open a paypal dispute and, only after this, they refunded me. ASUS truly PAINFUL, CUSTOMER SERVICE EQUAL TO 0!
Sure, I provide it. The order number is 45841. The fact remains that in any case I was able to obtain 1 unit of a product at the time of extremely difficult availability and I was unable to obtain it. And not my mistake!

such a thing is not possible, it is the second time I order from you, first time i manage to order an TUF 3080 but you again you said it was a ovetorder and now again, yesterday I ordered a TUF 3090 OC when it was valid, I checked the site for 15 minutes after I paid for the item and the product was still valid on the site more than 15 minutes after my order, now how can you say it was a overordet i’m very very mad 🤬
LE: Today 23/11 I received an email that the second order (3090) was sent 😱i
LE2: Today 25/11 as by a miracle I received both orders 3080-3090.

Fuyez ce site internet. Ce site n'est pas un site marchand. Les délais ne sont pas respectés. Plus de 10 jours pour expédier un colis en stock. 15 jours pour le recevoir ! Dans le compte client il est impossible d'annuler la commande. Je les ai contacté pour annuler avant l'expédition, mais ils ont refusé. Il faut attendre la livraison et encore attendre pour être remboursé. J'attends toujours mon remboursement !!! PS : j'ai l'impression qu'ils comprennent mal le français... pourquoi vendre en France alors ?

Run away from this website ! This site is not a commercial site. The deadlines are not respected. More than 10 days to ship a package in stock. 15 days to receive it ! In the customer account it is impossible to cancel the order. I contacted them to cancel before shipping, but they refused. It is necessary to wait for the delivery and still wait to be refunded. Crucial Asus factory defects…
In August I returned my asus chromebook, due to several factory hardware defects;
The wifi 'goes out' and restart doesn't even enable 'turning of wifi' again (hardware wifi-card soldering issue).
Asus just returned the chromebook -disregarding warranty-, so we have to escalate this case to the authorities.

They said I CANCELLED MY ORDER. LIE!
I placed an order on 11 november 2020. They got the money (i paid with paypal) but since now they didnt shipped. They dont answer on email or chat. So i cant know where is my order JUST PAID. I just sent an email on ccc_de with my order id.
Update: yesterday, on chat, after hours of wait, they said the order was fine, just wait.
Today they said i cancelled the order from myself.

Bad experience
Took order, confirmed, canceled without notification.
Asked if I could place a new order, said no, we got no stock + we have increased the price by 25 euros on RTX 3070. Screw you.

Ordered 2x RTX 3080 Strix OC from their webshop on 5th of october, when ordering it clearly said 1-3 days delivery, It`s 19th of october today, and I issued a refund since they cant deliver something in 2 weeks that they advertised 1-3day delivery for.
How hard is is to implement options/filters in your webshop that only allow item/s to be ordered for the amount of stock you have ? It`s 2020 not 2001. Cant say I have any intrest in purchasing anything else from their joke of a shop in the future, and I advise you to do the same. Thanks for wasting 2 weeks of my time and keeping 1700€ held up for nothing!
