Was very informed and had good knowledge.
I went to the Alexandria location. The building was easy to find but locating your office was not. It would be helpful to provide a direct number to my contact instead of your toll free number were you need to leave a message.
Also signage would be helpful. Having access to the second floor would be helpful as well. But Dan was great 👍
