Excellent customer service, online quote could use work
Sherry was so friendly and helpful, and helped me get my car out of my hands 2 days after Christmas. She gets 5/5 stars!!! Wonderful customer service.
Online, I was offered $3100 as my quote, however unfortunately in person I was offered $1600. I was expecting the actual value to be lower than the estimate, but not half. A large portion of the difference came from the fact that my car had a manual transmission. It would be helpful if this were a question in the survey online and had already taken out that amount, as other online car selling services do. In the future if selling a car I don’t know that I’d use the same service for this reason.
Other than that, the process was extremely quick and painless, with all the necessary documentation processed efficiently and properly.

Initial phone call was very helpful and provided info on the process and what to expect. This was followed by the onsite review by Danielle. She was very personable but businesslike as well. She conducted a thorough review and provided straight-forward feedback on her findings. I felt the final offer was fair. The whole process was surprisingly pleasant mainly due to Danielle’s efficient and effective skills, abilities and style.
