Pedro was amazing. He encouraged us to join him as he inspected the car and explained what he was doing at every step. After he drove the car and got the final estimate he explained why the value had changed and asked if we were OK with it. I had tried other places to sell the car and there was no service and no explanation. I would recommend you to anyone who his thinking of selling their car

We understand your disappointment and want to clarify the facts surrounding your appraisal. Our team worked with our pricing department and made a final offer of $3,500, which reflected the poor condition of the vehicle. The figure of $750 mentioned in your review is inaccurate and does not reflect the final offer made.
During our professional appraisal, we identified several issues that went beyond fair wear and tear for a vehicle of this age and mileage:
- Diminished value due to accident history
- Inoperable window
- Missing spare wheel
- OBD reset detected
- Multiple dash lights illuminated
- Oxidation on the bumper
- Poor previous repair on the quarter panel
- Cracked windshield
Additionally, our diagnostics revealed a P052E PCV Regulator Valve Performance (20136) fault. The vehicle had been involved in a police-reported accident in Florida on 10/26/2023, and diagnostic trouble codes were reset just 11 miles before our appraisal. Unfortunately, none of these issues were disclosed during the online valuation process, where the vehicle was represented as having no physical or mechanical problems and no accident history.
We invite all customers to join us during the appraisal process so they can see what we see. Transparency is a cornerstone of our service, and we strive to ensure every customer understands how we arrive at our valuation.

Mrs. Dubois
Mrs. Dubois was the best part of my experience, hopefully I’m spelling her name correctly she is at the branch on Eisenhower in Alexandria, Virginia. Her customer service is amazing, she breaks down and explains everything even if you’re not quite getting the amount you want for your car. The experience is great and they will definitely explain in detail to you so that you understand how they decide what your offer for your car is. I went to several other places and the customer service was terrible and I’m definitely a I’m looking for a great experience no matter the circumstance. So even though I sold my car because I needed the money for a family emergency and I got $1,000 less than what I needed, I would do it all over again with them because they provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Thank you Mrs. Dubois you made a hard situation a beautiful experience and I’m forever thankful.

When you requested an online valuation on August 8, 2025, your disclosures stated that the vehicle had no physical or mechanical issues and had never been involved in an accident. However, during our professional appraisal, we found several issues that were beyond what we consider fair wear and tear for a vehicle of this age and mileage:
- Damaged seat upholstery
- Cracked windshield
- Diagnostic trouble codes from the vehicle’s onboard computer:
- P0030 – HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P0053 – HO2S Heater Resistance (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P0135 – O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- C0561 – Vacuum Sensor 'A/B' Correlation
- U0100 – Lost Communication With ECM/PCM 'A'
In addition, when we ran the Experian AutoCheck report, it revealed that the vehicle had been involved in a collision with another vehicle in 2021 in Springfield, VA—a fact that was not disclosed during your online valuation.
Accident history has a significant impact on the resale value of a vehicle. Even if repairs have been made, buyers are often wary of vehicles with prior damage due to potential long-term reliability concerns. As a licensed dealer, we are required to disclose this history to any future buyer, which limits the market and reduces the value.
