Great customer service after the transaction.
After indicating my dissatisfaction with my transaction, the customer service team did an awesome job both in following up and in making it right. I'm not good with staying on top of my voice mails, but I checked them today. There were 5 messages from WE Buy Any Car; it was clear from the messages that they were not going to let my criticisms go without talking with me. I returned Jeff's call today, and after going over my experience, he said WBAC would be willing to match the offer made by the competing company. He then offered cash compensation for the extra time involved in my transaction. Five stars for the persistence and for the remedy!

The process took too long; Peddle offered more.
The process took too long - 2 hours. I went in for the sale because on line the offer was 1700+, by the time the final offer came, it was down to $900. If I had to do it all over, I would have gone with Peddle - their offer is firm on line, and they come to pick up the car with no further negotiations. I would have received $130 more had I gone with Peddle.

If there are problems with the vehicle which are not disclosed online, this will impact the final valuation you receive.

It sounds like there was some confusion between us and another company. Pictures and detailed info were sent, but not to webuyanycar.com who will never make a firm offer online or on the phone. Our website’s valuation tool is great for getting an idea of what your vehicle is worth, but it’s based on the limited information we receive from customers. We also calculate market data, which for some year, make, and model combinations can be limited. Our online valuation is not a firm offer to purchase a vehicle. We include this on our website in the frequently asked questions section, in our disclaimers, and in emails we send to you regarding your valuation.
We Buy Any Car did not receive pictures, and our first opportunity to appraise the vehicle came during the appointment. During every appointment we conduct a physical inspection of the vehicle, checking the mechanical, structural, and safety components. If we discover damage we were previously unaware of, we must factor that into our final offer. We appreciate your transparency online disclosing a dent to the passenger side on 07/11/23 and a second valuation that listed some damage to exterior moldings. However, when our Branch Manager inspected the vehicle on 12/30/23 there were additional reconditioning items that negatively impacted our offer.
We value your business and appreciate the opportunity to serve you. We’re glad Area Manager, Patrick could talk to you on the phone and try to give you the positive outcome all our customers deserve. We want all our customers, whether they sell to us or not, to feel good about their experience and comfortable with their decision.
