We'd been through the process before - so we knew the routine. Felt that Joe was an honest broker for our transaction. Vehicle evaluation was fair and took into account our input. Did not feel pressured during the process.

Bedford Hts. Location.
The representative at the Bedford Center (Joe), made my experience pleasurable. He was professional and courteous and explained the process completely. Honest offer and simple process.
It was a simple process and communication was great. Our vehicle wasn't in as good as shape as we hoped, but we were walked through the process and reasoning for our offer. I think it was a fair offer for what the vehicle was and we accepted. Had a check in a few minutes. I was happy with process, just wish the Cleveland winters didn't cause so much rust damage. I would definitely consider webuyanycar for vehicle sales in the future.

Make realistic online offer instead of high offer to entice interest. When I got there with vehicle, I was lowballed and offered less than a third of quoted price. My car was very clean, in good shape, and had low miles (2007 with under 67,000).

We work hard to ensure online valuations are as accurate as possible, but they are based on limited information shared with us about the car which is why we clearly state it is an estimate and is subject to an in person appraisal of the vehicle.
There was unfortunately some jack damage on the underside of the vehicle which you may not have been able to see. We have to disclose any damage to the rails as structural damage, which does impact the resale value. The rails are an important part of the rigid unibody which protects occupants in the event of a crash. If the car is jacked in the wrong place, this can damage the rails reducing their strength.
We reviewed the appraisal notes and photographs to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our appraisal.
