I’m 65 years old and bought and sold…
I’m 65 years old and bought and sold many cars in my time. I had prepared myself for the same old mumbo-jumbo. I feel that a high percentage of car salesman are there for the money not for the customer. Luckily, for you, you have an employee that everyone dreams of. Not only did I not feel like I was talking to a salesman, I felt like I was talking to my host. Joe Frankine was so professional and honest that he earned our trust immediately. He took the time with us to explain everything that he was doing, why he was doing it. And the positive and negatives of his evaluation. Very informative. Joe was a real pleasure. My advice to you. Keep joe happy you don’t wanna lose him.

During our inspection, we noticed some significant damage that was not previously disclosed in your initial online valuation. We noticed serious exterior damage on the driver-side quarter panel and some other cosmetic damage along the exterior. There was also rust damage covering a few areas of the vehicle. Finally, we noticed a crack in the windshield that would need immediate attention. Unfortunately, these issues can hurt the final offer on your vehicle.

The experience was great by working with Dorian at the Bedford location in East Cleveland, Ohio.
He was an salesman, communicator and a very very nice young man.
Although I would like to have received the initial price given over the phone for my vehicle, I understand you are business I need to make a prophet. The rust on the driver’s side, rocker panel was used as evidence to the lowering the offer as being unsafe. The OHIO department of transportation a.k.a. ODAT has side vehicle collisions as the lowest frequency of accidents, it was excellent salesmanship.
Dorian very nice to provide me with a ride from the office to my next destination. This is the second time I used your company. And I thank you for your help.
