Josh was very nice and did his best to make me feel comfortable with selling my car however I was disappointed that they didn’t keep the price the same when I returned the second time to finally sell there was only 4 weeks between the offer and me returning to accept the offer only to have it lowered by 200 dollars and nothing had changed with the car and there was only 2 miles more on the odometer

Great Option for Cashing Your Old Car
The process was very efficient and smooth. The agent was very transparent and affable. Made it right
At first I was very dissatisfied with the offer from Webuyanycar bc it wasn’t anywhere close to what I was promised online. However, what did impress me is the manager called me back after he read my review and asked me how he could make it right. We talked it through, and he sent me an additional check in the mail. He was very kind and easy to work with and completely understood why I wasn’t happy, and he went out of his way to make it right. I thought that was great!
