Car is gone... That was the goal
Was disappointed in the amount of money received after the quote was two times more. The explanation of the cost was good, but I didn't feel like negotiating with a person that knows I want to sell my car and didn't want to shop around for a better price.

From your review, it sounds like the Branch Manager was able to communicate why we arrived at the offer we did. Our records indicate during the online valuation process there wasn’t any damage disclosed for the Honda Pilot. During our in-person inspection our Branch Manager identified various issues like rust eating into the passenger side rear exterior. The rust was also present on the rear rails and called into question the structural integrity of the vehicle. Unfortunately, these issues are outside the scope of normal wear and tear and we had to take them into consideration when making our firm offer.
Regardless, we want all our customers to feel good about their decision to sell. I have asked the Area Manager to personally reach out to you by phone so we can listen to your feedback in more detail and address your concerns. Please be on the lookout for our calls.

Company followed up on my initial disappointment to make things right
I was initially disappointed in the price I received for my vehicle, but was pleasantly surprised to hear from their customer service wanting to reconcile to make things better. I needed the convenience of this service to clear out a vehicle I didn't need and of course expected to make concessions on what I would get for it. Their follow-up was something I don't see much any more in businesses, and the resolution helped. So, I am updating my review and experience rating as they stepped up to the plate and did what they could to help.
