Mylann Overall was great for us and all turned out well even though there was some paperwork from the court system that didn't quite work despite that everything was OK with the paperwork...that was weird.....
It seems as though the law itself has to be consistent and simplified and up-to-date so that ALL involved "speak" together.
Anyway, on advice and agreement we were able to transfer the title to my name which allowed the process to work w/o a glitch.

If you were looking for $40K, that was never communicated to our team and would not have been possible given the market value of the truck.

One thing about your system, that might cause less stellar reviews, is that the initial valuing of the car is going to be high, because of the nature of the information gathered. Then when the rep actual analyzes the vehicle, it is sure to drop (maybe significantly). The rep explained the whole process very well and it is fair, but the disappointment of not getting the original figure is undeniable.
