The agent at the Elyria location was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable! I just wish the online website hadn't gave me such a high initial offer. Cuz it was very different from what I was actually offered after the inspection.

As you will be aware, the online valuation is an estimate based on the information you share with us about the vehicle. I see you did let us know about damage to the passenger side front exterior running boards. Unfortunately, when reviewing the damage, this had caused a structural issue to the rocker which had given rise to corrosion on the rail. We are obligated to declare structural damage when reselling a car and it does impact the resale value negatively as unibody damage reduces the vehicle's ability to protect occupants in the event of a collision.
