The time it took may have been a little longer than I expected but was not excessively long so I was good. Who I worked with was great... easy to talk too. Very courteous.

We felt that there was a little shady…
We felt that there was a little shady business going on. I am certain I put in 88,000 for mileage and they told me it was 79,000. Therefore they dropped the value they offered. Josh however was very nice and easy to work with.

Online evaluations seem way higher than what is actually going to be offered onsite.
I am updating my review for the simple fact that the company actually called me and wanted to know why I was dissatisfied and how they could do better. That means a lot.
In our discussion, I found that the online evaluation is for any customer in the US. That means that a vehicle in Florida is getting the same as mine in Ohio. Well, the vehicle in FL is more than likely not going to have rust and the vehicle in OH will more than likely have rust. I recommended asking more questions on their online evaluation. Maybe even asking for some pictures. I believe this is key in when you walk in the door that your online evaluation is somewhat closer to the take home price. He agreed.
So hopefully this happens in the near future.
Again, a personal phone call is a great business model. Most will only respond to emails.
