Hew the mgr was very nice and knowledgeable. It is a lengthy process and your price nay differ than your original quote because it is thoroughly checked out but in the end I received a fair offer.

Will was very patient, honest and engaging.

The fact that they have a mobile unit is great they were also willing to meet in the evening simply awesome. I didn't feel pressured into simply giving my vehicle away for pennies on the dollar like I did with the other 2 companies I called before hand I was treated fairly and with respect. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

The process was so smooth and efficient. Will W. was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He gave us a printout with numbers and repair estimates, negotiated fairly and closed the transaction very efficiently. There was no trickery or high pressure tactics involved.

The employee was great, but I was very disappointed that the value of my vehicle was half what was estimated online. This was very disappointing and had not been my experience in the past with this company. I sold two vehicles previously, and the value was the same as given online.

I was skeptical at first because of the commercials on tv had me thinking that they would lowball but it was opposite. Dean was great with this process.
