The mobile purchasing service made selling my car a clean, easy transaction. Brendon Smith was professional and we were able to reach a price at which we were both comfortable doing business. The paper work was easy and convenient due to Brendon being able to print documents and a check right from his "We Buy Any Car" vehicle. The whole process took one hour.

I think it was an incredibly low ball offer. If we had not been super motivated to get rid of the vehicle, I would not have accepted.

We did offer to return the vehicle to you, as well as explain how we arrived at the valuation we did in the spirit of complete transparency. Our goal is to provide a transparent number in a pressure-free environment. We want every customer to be comfortable with their decision to sell.
Unfortunately, the overall condition of the vehicle and accident history negatively impacted what we could offer for the vehicle. Every car we buy is independently inspected after purchase by a third party and graded according to the NAAA Vehicle Condition Grading Scale, which is an industry standard for grading used vehicles. We would be happy to provide you with a copy of the independent assessor's report which aligns with the appraisal conducted by our team at West Chester.
The independent report graded the vehicle, as we did, at 2.0 out of a possible 5. I’ve included a link to the standards below which classify the vehicle as “Grade 2 – Shows signs of excessive wear and tear”.

Our estimate of $3,200 was based on your disclosure that the vehicle had no physical or mechanical issues so was priced expecting fair wear and tear. Unfortunately, the damage, as shown in both our appraisal and the independent appraisal, showed that the Mazda had much more damage than could be considered fair wear and tear. We priced it accordingly knowing it would resell for significantly less.

Azziza was very professional, relatable and helpful in describing the process of how our car was to be evaluated. We feel that she was honest about the car’s value. Painless Experience
Ryan and his associate Lancaster (ugh, I didn’t catch his name) were amazing. Full transparency, you can tell they cared, they were personable and knowledgeable. The entire process was easy, painless, and quick. I didn’t know what to expect but I would recommend if you’re in a bind and want to sell your car right away. However don’t expect to get a lot for your car; you’re paying for convenience and no headaches. They get you in and out.
The location is a bit hard to find, it’s in the Rita’s shopping center, all the way back to the left.
