I got a guy that acted like we was cool and told me he worked 6 yrs for this company and hands me a fake check
And right now they send tow truck to pick up a my car that they didn't even pay for ... and no one called me back about a check...I'm done with this company..

We can confirm that the mobile buyer who purchased your car has worked for us since 2018. The check you were handed was not fake. We cut thousands of checks weekly and each is backed by millions of dollars in cleared funds.
I do see that the check printed incorrectly and that our team is assisting you with this. We apologize for that and will happily make it right. Every customer, as well as receiving a corporate check, has other payment options including an ACH or wire transfer directly to your bank. We now also offer Zelle as an alternative payment method.

Michael was very professional
Michael was very professional. He arrived on time, introduced himself to me, explained what he was going to do and went about his evaluation of my car. We had polite conversation throughout the process. upon completing the evaluation he explained what happens next. We agreed on the figure and he finished his work. He told me the car would be picked up in the next few days. I asked if I could keep the second key fob in case I needed to move the car out of the carport and was told yes and just give it to the driver when they come for the car as they would call before they came to get the car. This didn't happed. They just came and took the car without connecting with me. I was working in the back yard and didn't know the car car was gone until I came back inside the house. I still have the second key fob. Someone can stop by and pick it up but please have them call first to be sure I'm here.
