I made a first appt with Terrie and I purposely wanted to meet with her. She came in with the highest offer and I chose her offer first knowing that the offer could go up or down which I was totally prepared for.

I wanted to beautify my 2008 Honda Civic and they reported it to the state as an accident? We came to a pricing agreement, although I was hoping for at least another Hundred Dollars more.

Toni made our experience an extremely pleasant one. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely understanding and patience with me when it came to understanding the process of Of selling the car. She explained every step she had to Take to examine the condition of my car and how the price was reached.She didn’t rush me at all when I read through the contract before signing it and explained what I needed to do afterwards, such as returning the tags along with the stub of the title. she was very reassuring that all the paperwork was in order until once the car was sold that I was no longer liable for what happened with it.
