Donnie was great, no complaints about him. Offers should be more fair. I understand you’re a business that has to make money but the offer was insulting. It should be fair for both parties. Online the offer was 3k which was already 2,000 less than KBB estimate in fair value. After looking at the car which we had already disclosed the issues before driving in, we were offered 1500 for a great car with decent milage and new tires. Only came up to 1800 and refused to budge any further. If you’re not in a bind I would just sell your car private party. You’ll be much better off.

From a quick review of the notes it appears the vehicle had a large amount of rust to the undercarriage of the vehicle. Rust in this area of the vehicle can be a major issue and is outside the scope of normal wear and tear. We understand this can be surprising because it’s not normal for folks to climb under the car. Many people are simply not aware of this issue because it’s not easy to see at first glance.

It was as expected, no complaints.
I think the only thing that could make it easier on the customer was if there was a way to more accurately estimate damage to get the most accurate estimate. I left with about $400 less than I thought I would. I’m not frustrated because an understand what an estimate is, but it would be nice to have had a more accurate estimate.
