Be more Transparent
My only issue is that they charge a ~400 document fee, which is fine, but that should already be in the "sale price" they disclose when using their App. If that's not the value of the check I'm going to walk out with, then don't show that. Not all similar companies do that so it "appears" that We Buy Any Car is actually giving you a better deal than its competitors when that's not the case.
Otherwise, the process was relatively fast & painless.
Specifically, the Manager Lacey was amazing.
