The transaction process was very easy, and stress free. The representative was very personable and thorough throughout the process. There were some technical issues uploading our car analysis into the system, but the extra time was not an issue. I would recommend we buy any car to others selling their vehicles.

Both Theo and Quentin, we’re both top-notch guys, as I brought my 2008 grand Dodge Caravan in,Theo was not pushy on anything he was straight up front a great guy all around and even when we had a few hiccups and could see I was getting a little frustrated with a few issues, he reassured me. Don’t worry about it. We’ll get this fixed and even though he could not be there the next day as he had other obligations, that’s where Quentin stepped in and knew everything that was supposed to happen and it was a quick transition, even though I would’ve liked a little bit more for the van as it ran unbelievably perfect it was the rust and they both told me the reasoning why which I understood and was happy just to get rid of it and what they gave me thanks again, both of you both great guys and I recommend we buy any car into have either Theo or Quentin help you as it will be a easy process.

The AI system the h Ave to call you must have been the cheapest ai available. First off, I have sold 2 cars to them previously and got a decent payment. Today's proposal was $1500 lower than other places. Their ai kept calling me. It said that price is preliminary until they look at it. I said I had an appointment somewhere else at 3:00 and if they want to make an offer I could be there at 2:00. The stupid ai told me it was already past 2:00 so they could see me at 4:00. It wax 1:30. I corrected the ai on the current time and told me my time was available. I show up and nobody was there. I immediately drove to their competitor and got $1500 more for the car. No ai. They were there. I will never type we buy any car into a device again. Waste of time and fuel.

I used webuyanycar.com mobile buyer to sell my 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe with 86K miles in very good condition. Their online quote was $700 higher than a better known competitor. The representative, Than, came to my home same day and was very professional. He arrived in the company vehicle and professional attire and was very personable. He explained every step of the inspection he was performing. There was about a $700 deduction for a cracked front bumper cover (OEM part is about $400). There was also about a $300 deduction for title paperwork which the fine print of the original email quote did say "possible charge for paperwork". I accepted the deal for convenience sake and they put a boot on the car for pickup within 7 days by a contractor. The car was taken the very next day without problem. When I did not get the promised email with receipt and title information the same day as the sale, I called customer service and within hours received the info by email with a followup call to ensure I got it. They are a legit and professional business that makes selling your car very convenient.

I rate the experience four stars instead of five because I felt the We Buy Any Car offer was rather low. Still do, actually. I used We Buy Any Car because of its BBB rating and Gary's willing ness to go the extra step to get my business. All in all, a positive experience.

They claimed a much higher car value and that is what sent us to them. Their actual offer was considerable less than expected. However, we didn’t need the car and weren’t really ready to deal with the hassle of selling privately.
