The process of scanning books and movies was super simple. I could immediately see what I what get for each item. The problem I ran into was with setting up the collection. I was unable to do it on my own through the app or on the website. I contacted customer service through the app and they helped me for the final pieces. The initial stuff was easy but it was frustrating to struggle with completing the transaction. I am super thankful for the customer service rep's patience and help. I thankfully already had 2 boxes that met the size restrictions and they were collected from my doorstep. If you struggle as well, use the live chat!

I love Webuybooks!
I use their app a lot to collect used books that I no longer require. The app is quite straightforward to use on my phone.I scan the books and it tells me how much they are worth.
They also give you a range of courier options. I use the ones where they collect my parcel and I dont have to provide a returns slip. they print and provide it on arrival.
Once returned Webuybooks will send you an email to inform you of when they pay the money into your account. I use it a lot as I can get some cash for my books and dont have to drag them to a charity shop as I do not drive.
The only minor issue is when I log in using my phone sometimes the email and password do not line up when typing them in which could cause a login issue. It could be a problem with my browser though, as well as the fact I am not tech savvy.
I also love to purchase books from Webuybooks . Their preowned books are very reasonably priced. Thanks.

We needed to declutter and wanted our loved books to go to a good home. We chose We Buy Books based on a Which review. Really simple to create an account and use the app. We decided to print the label and attach to the box, and found the locker deposit really easy.

As always, a very straightforward process and helpful customer service staff when needed. The only difficulty I encountered was with the Evri courier collection, which was an absolute nightmare, but I appreciate that this is not in the control of WeBuyBooks.

I'm afraid my experience with them has been utterly appalling. I have sent them over £2,000 worth of books in the last couple of months - Royal Mail confirms they have delivered them - but WeBuyBooks has yet to pay me a penny. They won't respond to my emails. I've phoned them and they repeatedly claim they don't know what's happening. Then I find they have blocked my account so I can't even login to check what's happening. I am now having to take them to the Small Claims Court for failure to pay. Shocking experience - I would recommend you avoid at all costs.

Absolutely dreadful company to deal when I asked for a return as the book had no dust jacket the response was rude and dismissive, despite using a picture of the book with dust jacket as their stock image. This company does not have customer service as part of their vocabulary. I will not deal with them again. I have been a customer of eBay for over 20 years and with over 1500 interactions I have never dealt with a company this bad.
Fast payment and ease of sending trade to you via post office. 👍
