Not good at all. I STILL waiting for a price after 4days!!!! I'm being fobbed off, excuses, it's a vauxhall not a ferrari! Totally have zero confidence in them now, I took the reviews thinking I'd get a quick fair price, customer service is non existent, so dissapointed and so annoyed.

A very professional approach to customers.
In spite of not being offered the initial offer quoted online, the representative who visited to view my car was polite, experienced and professional. The back office was unable to quote an offer to match my expectations. So as promised it cost me nothing and if I needed to sell a car again I would give this company another chance to quote.

The experience was good the person who assessed the car was polite and professional but the final offer price was considerably lower than the initial price while the car performed well. The reason given was the market value. I think the initial offer could of been more accurate

£75 admin fee to do their own job??
Offered online lower than I would ideally like but when I called to make an appointment. I was told a £75 admin fee would be taken off the final offer.
I don’t understand why I should pay an admin fee for the company to do their job. I instantly declined to which the call handler soon changed his tone, from friendly annoyed and hung up.
I will not be using this company from these initial dealings as again an admin charge for the company to do its job seems a joke.
