Simple, fast, efficient and great service
A really simple, easy and efficient process. We got the online valuation at 11.10 on a Sunday, the lady at the office was really helpful and explained everything to us and Asif was with us by midday to evaluate the car. The offer was a little lower than we’d hoped for but we negotiated and got a a price we were happy with to for a quick transaction. Asif was very helpful, polite, professional and friendly completely straightforward and upfront and not at all pushy. He was a pleasure to deal with and explained all the steps along the way. A slightly lower price was fair compensation to get the money paid straight into the bank without having to leave home and get great service at the same time. I’d absolutely recommend using them 👍

Strong market demand in their emails… evaporated 3 days later
Strong market demand in their emails prior to their visit turned into dealers currently swamped with this car/model on the day.
They knew that I had another vehicle being delivered and used that info to screw their price downwards.
I don't blame them. That's what they are in business for.
If I wasn't already committed to a new vehicle, I would have told them to take a hike.
Lesson here is not so much caveat emptor as caveat vendor when dealing with webuyurcar!
UPDATE
They have replied apologising if "our service didn't exceed your expectations."
Not only did it not exceed my expectations, it didn't come close to meeting them!

Very professional transaction.
The visiting engineer Keith was very professional and polite, explained what was going to happen including a test drive whilst the office considered the offer from the details and photographs that Keith had taken.
No complaints other than the eventually agreed and negotiated price which was 4% below the initially quoted price. Hence 4 stars and not 5.
Happy enough though to recommend WeBuyUrCar to other potential sellers as long as you bear in mind that that their will be an offer following the inspection, and you then need to hopefully negotiate on a compromised price as close to your own minimum revised figure. The car was in good condition and well presented and whilst I would have liked a little more the final offer was acceptable.
Payment put through and into my bank within 10minutes of final agreement, they also advised the DVLA of the sales and sent me a confirmation email and invoice for the transaction within minutes.

Very professional representative
Keith called the night before our appointment to confirm timings. He arrived on time the next day. He explained the process and went on to check the paperwork and vehicle. He explained the offer, which I initially declined, but on reflection accepted. There was no pressure from Keith, He was very pleasant throughout and was happy to answer my questions.

It took over an hour for the buyer from webuyurcar to look at the car up until the pount were he made an offer.
The offer was more than a £1000 below the original quoted offer due to a minor surface scratch on a door.
