We had Tilly helping us and from the beginning she knew exactly what to get and how to style the dresses. She went above and beyond telling me how to put my hair for the veil, seeing if different accessories worked etc. I could not have found the dress without her for sure! I do not have a single bad thing to say! Even the other staff were so nice and complimenting.

Being an older bride I was very apprehensive going into a wedding dress shop for the first time. Immediately we were greeted with a warm welcome then our consultant Ella came over and introduced herself immediately putting me at ease. She listened to exactly what I liked and disliked and she found the most perfect dress for me. She made my whole experience relaxed and I came out with a beautiful dress and and huge smile.

I went in quite anxious just wanting to have an idea of maybe what would suit me in a dress just for a feel. I've come out with a beautiful dress and absolutely beaming. Amy was really lovely, pulled a great pick for me which I realised eventually was a dress I'd pointed out on a manekin walking in going "oh I love that". I really had not much idea of what I'd want, more of an idea of what were non-negotiables. Such a lovely experience here for their patience to try on different dresses, work out what works and what doesn't. On cloud nine even though the tears haven't quite come out yet 😅

It was an amazing experience from the moment I stepped in, the team were so welcoming and accommodating to me and my bridal party, Tilly was very helpful, supportive and kind towards the decisions I was making and in helping me find the perfect dress!
Will be coming back to buy my bridesmaids dresses!

I walked with no intention to purchase that day but walked out with the most amazing dress, but found the perfect dress after tryin on a few Ruby my sales consultant was just amaaazing no hard sales, no false compliments, was honest with dresses, fits and styles..
shop floor was clean as wer the toilets. Loads of styles to pick from, brides make wed2b ur 1st shop it will be the last as their dresses and prices are perfect.. thank you to the amaazing team..

I went to Chelmsford wed2b and was helped by Tillie. Due to being plus size I was a little anxious but felt instantly at ease with Tillie. I wish she knew just how good she made me feel. Although the dresses I tried were a little too big, she still went to the effort of writing everything down so I could try and find it in my size at a later date and advised me to keep checking back. Loved my experience and that was mainly down to Tillie (and the overall friendly vibe I felt)

I was so nervous going into the store today. We were greeting my Tilly straight away she made me feel comfortable. She was friendly and knew her stuff and helped in and out of the dresses listening to my likes and dislikes about each. Then I found the perfect dress Tilly took the time to help me with accessories. I had the best experience and left very happy.

Was such an easy experience we walked straight in and Chloe helped us she was amazing and so helpful would recommend highly thank you Chloe for all your help you made the experience so lovely xx

I was really nervous but also excited. I was made to feel very welcome and the staff couldn’t do enough to help me and made me feel very special. I would recommend wed2b to any family and friends that are getting married in the future. Thank you to all the staff for your help.

She took the time to understand my style and pulled dresses that were absolutely perfect. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made such a difference. As soon as we walked in the lady on the reception desk was smiling helpful and kind . She said that Alara would be with me shortly … Alara came out to meet me and from that moment she was so helpful and patient with me . We tried a couple of dresses on and she was professional through out …. She was honest kind and thoughtful. I can not rank her enough she is a real asset to your team . The staff were lovely and made me feel really comfortable. I was there with my fiancée who was also choosing her dress, we had the same consultant which ensured we were able to pick different dresses and also make sure we were going to compliment each other.

The staff were always around to give opinions and bring good positive vibes which made choosing a dress easy.

I would recommend any nervous bride to feel at ease coming here as they were fantastic.

Everyone working in the shop made it such an enjoyable experience. I had Tilly helping me find my dream dress. She was super helpful finding me all sort of styles and types looking at different vales and helping accessories my dress. Nothing was too much to ask for and she was such a lovely girl. Definitely recommend

Arranged a rush job. 8 weeks. Expected delivery does not mean 'expected' apparently only "estimated". Still no dresses. Won't be ready in time for my alterations. Needed to purchase new dresses at country of destination wedding!!
Should have gone with someone else. Very stressful!

As soon as we arrived we were made to feel welcome. I was a bit embarrassed as I am 57 and this is my second marriage.
First of all while we were waiting we were shown bridesmaids dresses so my maid of honour found a dress she liked so we ordered that.
Then it was my turn the dresses I had seen on line weren’t in stock but Ella was excellent and found me similar styles - I had almost decided on the first one I tried but then the second my family liked but had bare arms and I wanted a lace sleeve so was shown the add on sleeves then I remembered the lace jackets so Ella chose me the right one and it fitted like a glove. I decided on that one and said Yes to the dress 👗- from start to finish my appointment was dealt with in a friendly and efficient way. Thank you Ella for your excellent help. I will certainly recommend Wed2b to all my friends and customers.

As an older bride (51), I was very apprehensive about the way i might be perceived and if I would receive genuine advice around my choices.
The second i walked in, I realised I needn't have worried. I was expertly assisted by Katarina who made the whole experience unique, exciting and natural. I am thrilled to have found my dress and would recommend Wed2b to anyone looking.
