As an older bride (51), I was very apprehensive about the way i might be perceived and if I would receive genuine advice around my choices.
The second i walked in, I realised I needn't have worried. I was expertly assisted by Katarina who made the whole experience unique, exciting and natural. I am thrilled to have found my dress and would recommend Wed2b to anyone looking. Whether you know what want or are undecided, you will get honesty without judgement and a better vision than you ever dreamed of.

Could not be more delighted with the service I received from Tilly this afternoon. She’s kind, friendly, super knowledgeable and immediately understood the assignment.
With her the guidance and enthusiasm, I tried on a select few (including a ‘wild card’) and I’m sooo excited to have been able to ‘say yes to the dress’ thanks to the incredible Tilly. She calmed my nerves, took her time and made the experience super special for me and my family. You’re a true asset to the Chelmsford team, Tilly!

Angel and ruby were amazing! I was after one dress that I saw online and it was the only one in stock across wed2b! It wasn’t my local branch so angel put it aside for me in the morning! Both was so so helpful and gave so much advice with alterations and ideas. I left with the dress, underskirt and veil for a lot less than I’ve seen anywhere else! Got the dress of my dreams! So happy! Thank you both.

Staff very friendly from start to finish. The member of staff who helped me find the dress I fell in love with was Angel. Angel listened to my likes and dislikes and the 2nd dress I tried was the one. She was amazing.
The only thing that the store needs is a water dispenser, as would be nice to have whilst waiting.

Had the best experience at Wed2b Chelmsford. Shop was very easy to find and from walking in all the staff were extremely helpful. Waited in reception until someone was free to sign me which was very quick. Asked for my name as well as who I had brought with me. Asked me what I was looking for with my dress and from there picked out some dresses that I had highlighted as well as some they thought I would like. Included my family in the whole process which was really important.
Ella served me and helped me try on dresses, she was lovely and made me feel really at ease. The rest of the staff were also really lovely, offering advice and support throughout the process. What I thought was gonna be a very long stressful day was actually the opposite. Because the staff listened to what I did and didn’t like with each dress, they were able to quickly narrow down what I wanted and helped me find my wedding dress.

Really attentive and fantastic understanding of what was needed from the basis dresses are not something comfortable wearing.

Angel made my Wed2Be experience amazing, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I tried on a few different dresses and Angel was amazing, I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. If you go there ask for Angel she’s amazing. Definitely recommend

No booking needed, we arrived, and shopped! All the staff were fab, Ruby was amazing at bringing various dresses to us to try until we found the one! Nice to know you can stick to a budget and take the dress home on the same day! X

Chloe and Ruby were so warm and welcoming. I ended up buying their suggested dress as they gave the perfect suggestion. The shop was quiet when I was there on a rainy Friday afternoon so really felt like a personal appointment!

I was super nervous when I went to the Chelmsford branch last week. I had the shakes so bad at the thought of seeing myself in a beautiful gown. Angel made me feel like an absolute queen. There was nothing that she couldn’t do for me and my besties. I was even getting fanned due to me being super hot. Angel knew exactly what type of dresses I wanted, and showed me how to get in and out whilst doing me up at the back, and trying different accessories too. I said yes to the dress and would definitely recommend wed2b to anyone wanting an amazing experience. Many thanks ladies. Vicky x

It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and, although I had a few photos of styles I thought I liked, I was still very unsure about what would suit me as an older bride.

Amy was attentive, truly listened to my likes and dislikes, and gave me plenty of options to try. More importantly, she took her time with me and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment.

Thanks to her support and the confidence she gave me, I went back the following day—after sleeping on it—and said yes to the dress!

Got my wedding dress at Wed2Be Chelmsford and Chloe was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and kind and helped me feel at ease despite my feeling self conscious. I loved that there were many options for different style wedding dresses and they were all under £999! Made the process less stressful. Our stylist Ella was so accommodating and really listened to what I liked. She made me feel at ease and not rushed to make a decision.

Amy couldn’t have been more helpful and made my experience in finding my dress so perfect. I’ve been to a few other boutiques and Amy was by far the standout. She took time to listen and help find me options she thought I’d like and was more than happy to explain everything to me. I couldn’t recommend her more.
