Had a lovely experience with the staff. We were the only ones there so all staff were present for the duration of the fittings. Offered recommendations, tried a variety of dresses but the first was the “yes” dress. Thank you guys!

I went to try on dresses at Wed2b not expecting to find my dress but I found it thanks to Brogan and the team. I turned up at 10am scared that there would be a queue out the door but I was the first one in and had the store to myself at the start and when other people turned up I barely even noticed they were there. I went in with an open mind but had an idea of what I would like. I was really nervous for my appointment and felt a bit overwhelmed when trying on the first dress. I felt like I couldn’t decide if I liked the dress because it was so unusual to have a wedding dress on but Brogan and the other girls let me take my time in my first dress to look at it at different angles and just get used to being in a dress. I explained what type of dress I would love but was scared i wouldn’t suit it however Brogan took the comments from the other dresses and I found my dress! I was also cautious about the price but everything I got was within my budget. I would definitely recommend Web2b to anyone!

I was in today and had the best experience I was helped by Georgia who was amazing made me relaxed comfortable and at ease she listened to what I wanted and liked and hit the nail on the head straight away. We did try on others for comparison but keep coming back to same one. All the girls in the shop are amazing upbeat and great at their job. Would 100% recommend as they weren’t pushy at all.

Had a great experience yesterday in the Glasgow shop. After trying on a good few different dresses, I found the perfect one! thanks to Georgia for being amazing throughout and helping me choose the most gorgeous dress.

Spent a few hours in the shop trying on dresses. I can’t remember the name of the lady who helped us but she listened and picked out dresses exactly as I described and was very nice. In the end I went for something completely different. The dresses are all reasonably priced and gorgeous. The shop is clean and spacious. Would recommend

Excellent customer service and I felt comfortable and not pressured. Within a couple of hours I walked away 100% happy with my dress.

Really helpful staff, visited here to try correct sizes after London store did not have them. Staff know the dresses well and are able to suggest helpful other options and potential adaptations to dresses. Really happy with my dress. The only thing preventing me from putting 5 stars was that we had quite a wait even though we went on a week day just after opening time as you are not able to book appointments.

Lisa was my consultant and she was so lovely, knowledgeable and super helpful.
I ended up finding my dream dress and I’m over the moon.

Me; my mum and sister came today. Tracey was our stylist and she was amazing. She was kind,patient and helpful when I got stuck choosing between two dresses! I would recommend anyone going to the Hinckley store. I didn't catch the lady who finished off our experience but she was lovely too. Thank you again everyone for making our experience so nice 😁 x

Absolutely loved the girl who helped us find my dream dress. She knew so much and all of the dresses by name! She made me feel comfortable and confident but didn’t give her own opinion unless I looked happy and she said “you seem to love this one and you do look amazing” really uplifting. The girl who was there at the very start seemed a bit fed up of her job. Not sure if she was in a manager role but she acted like it which was a shame. She seemed a bit stand offish and didn’t make me feel comfortable. Thank goodness for the second girl!

I walked with no intention to purchase that day but walked out with the most amazing dress, but found the perfect dress after tryin on a few Ruby my sales consultant was just amaaazing no hard sales, no false compliments, was honest with dresses, fits and styles..
shop floor was clean as wer the toilets. Loads of styles to pick from, brides make wed2b ur 1st shop it will be the last as their dresses and prices are perfect.. thank you to the amaazing team..

I had the most amazing experience at Wed2b in Wednesbury today—I found my wedding dress, and I’m completely obsessed!

A huge thank you to Taylor, who assisted me throughout the appointment. She was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She was so calming, reassuring, and refreshingly honest, which made such a difference during what can be quite an overwhelming experience.

Taylor made me feel confident, comfortable, and truly listened to everything I wanted. Nothing felt rushed or pressured—she just completely understood my vision. The fact that I found the dress after trying on only two is a real testament to how incredible she is at her job.
I honestly couldn’t fault her at all.

From the moment I stepped into the store with my mum and twin sister, we were welcomed immediately by Hayley who got us sorted straight away with the wonderful Dani. Luckily today there was no queues and we were able to get started straight away with the process. Dani told us a little bit about Wed2be, explained how it was going to work and made us feel super comfortable. She selected a number of dresses based on the information I gave and all of them were beautiful in different ways. I managed to find the perfect dress thanks to Dani who listened so well to all the feedback I gave about each dress to find me the perfect one - Hayley was also my biggest cheerleader for every dress I tried on!
