It is not very clear on how you decided we have weeklies of 23 points , and how the points are calculated. when you take a picture of the food, it does give lot of points , way different from if you entered each item individually.

Mostly good
I really liked the support and being able to track everything. It is very expensive though, and sometimes with the GLP1 program, it was very hard to get a response from the medical team so that was frustrating.

Tracking is easy
Tracking is easy, especially with the QR code reader. I like that restaurant chains are a part of the app. Recipes help liven up the food and make more choices available.

Weight watchers changed the app to no…
Weight watchers changed the app to no longer show points summary at a meal. THIS IS A POINTS PROGRAM!! Fundamental change to the entire program. I signed up for 10 months and 2 months in they change the app to be essentially unusable to me. Requested an immediate cancellation based on this change and it was denied. BUYER BEWARE --- the app can change and make it much less valuable to you and there is nothing you can do about it!

Loving weight watchers
I've only been doing weight watchers for about a month now, but I've noticed it's easy to follow along they have amazing virtual classes and in person classes with all sorts of topics to choose from. The classes are extremely helpful. I'm doing the weight loss portion so I'm watching my points and honestly, it's super simple to follow and understand. I'm very happy to be a part of this company.

I have had the same experience as many others. I signed up and changed my mind about using weight loss medication. I asked them to cancel 12 hours after signing up and they claim I am required to pay at least $99 per months for 12 months. I was never told that prior to signing up. I have never heard of a plan that you were unable to cancel if you weren't using. They are preying on individuals' emotions and stealing their money. Opportunistic thievery.
